Called Kona Plumbing for an estimate for a total refit. Remove existing galvanized pipe and replace with PEX A. They came out the next day gave me an estimate. No pressure, very professional. I selected Kona Plumbing to do the plumbing refit for me. They started the next week and were on time each day and worked all day. Job took a few extra days, but there were no complaints or issues. All the staff were extremely professions, friendly and exhibit a great knowledge of their trade. Highly recommend Kona Plumbing.

Kona Plumbing helped us repair a leaky pipe at our home in Galveston. David from Kona came to our house for a second opinion thinking we knew the issue... but David took his time to inspect and informed us that it was perhaps a different issue that was causing the leak. While a competitor was quick to give us a quote (which was twice as much as what David quoted us), David gave up tips on how we could fix it on our own. I cannot speak enough about his honesty and professionalism. If there are any plumbing issues in the future (hopefully not!), I will be calling Kona Plumbing. THANK YOU KONA PLUMBING AND TEAM!

edit : While my initial service with Jeremy and Jarrett was quite unpleasant , David eventually stepped in upon request and worked with us to correct some issues we had . Original review : Abysmal .Jeremy and Jarrett were rude unhelpful and deceptive.Don't fall for these likely inflated positive reviews like we did. Hidden costs after making us do some of the work ourselves, terrible disrespectful attitude, and we don't even know if its fixed ( They pulled a bait and switch at the end even admitting it might not actually be fixed at all when the "job" was "done") . . Management claims to care but seems to have ghosted us after saying they'd look into it. I usually look favorably on smaller local companies but dealing with this one has just been a completely negative experience through and through.

Excellent company to work with.

After calling around 6 different companies for quotes, Kona plumbing gave the fairest price and were initially hired to install a toilet in our upstairs bathroom. They came out promptly the next day and were very professional (they wore not only
Masks and gloves but were courteous enough to don a full protective suit because of high risk individuals in the home!).

Upon discovery of a broken old flange under the old toilet and obvious water damage under the tiles, we agreed to replace the flange, the entire tile flooring and baseboards and subfloor. I did my own research on the average cost of the job in the area including material cost and they still quoted me a decent price - still less than what others quoted to come out for the same job. Karin in the office was also extremely helpful in finding good pricing on new tiles.

Patrick and Jeremy worked hard, even through Christmas Eve, to finish our bathroom and we couldn't be happier with their thorough and efficient work.

Kona Plumbing has done several jobs for me at multiple locations and every time I've been pleased with the result.
If the job is going to involve more than initially anticipated, the owner, David, is quick to let me know what's happening and what it's going to take to fix it. He also usually includes pictures so I can get a good understanding of what's going on.

I met David a few years ago when he did a small job for me and we ran into an unexpected complication that neither one of us was happy about. We sat down and talked it out and ended up with what I thought was a fair compromise and the job got done. It ended up turning out looking better and being more practical than the way I had originally planned it. In my dealings with David, that is usually the case. He's got an eye for figuring out a better way to do things or make small improvements that won't cost extra.

David and his crews are great with my tenants as far as working around their schedules, cleaning up during and after jobs and being courteous.
That helps a lot when you're a small time landlord with a small time profit margin lol.
I highly recommend David and Kona Plumbing.
