You will save a lot on water with this item, as it doesn't work! Junk junk junk! I find it hard to believe any of these reviews online are real. Against my pool builders recommendation, I installed this item. We've tried 100x to pair it, it's just not pairable. I moved the antenna less than 1 foot away, then 6"", etc. still won't pair. The main device goes into pairing mode (put magnet on for 45 seconds) and when it flashes I hold the magnet to the sensor for 35 seconds. Just won't pair. Just a paperweight! I'll post negative reviews all over the net to save others from purchasing this. You can go online and see a lot of variations of this device from the seller. Every video is worthless. One video will say put the magnet on for 15 seconds, another 45 seconds, etc. Just junk.

Andrew was very responsive and thorough - I called two companies that do water leak detection on the same day and did get responses from both. The other company said he was off island and would call back Monday - still waiting and Andrew has solved our problem! Found the leak and now it's repaired - not an easy task on a six acre property! Thanks Andrew - hope we never need your services again, but if we do we know we can count on you!

I purchased my system in March of 2017, and it is the best investment I have made. I have a 48,000 (large) pool with an auto-fill that never worked. After installing the LevelSmart, which was pretty easy, I have never had an issue with their system. However, on May 13 after changing the GFI at my panel the transformer for the LevelSmart died. Not sure why, but here is where they really came to the rescue. Ryan, who I have worked with since 2017, overnighted me a new transformer. Problem fixed! Ryan got back to me in less than 2 hours from the time I called him and emailed him. Now that's customer service! The product is the best, the customer service is the best! Anyone who has a pool needs this LevelSmart system. Thanks Ryan!

Message this company to see if they could help me out with a water leak and got no response back. Went with another guy Hawaii Leak Detection who was amazing. He found my leak in no time. Don't use Kona Labs...

have had pool level system installed for a month. working great so far. phone customer support is not immediate, but they will get back to you in 24 hours. Technical support is very good. I got a bad cable with my system (connector was slightly loose so signal was very weak). Once I ID'd problem, they promptly sent me a replacement.

Easy to install. Pairing the sensor was a bit tricky (I should have read the instructions more closely). Distance from the sensor to the antenna is awesome! Once paired, the unit operated flawlessly. I replaced the included plastic valve with a brass one so that it would interface properly with my copper piping. Not a big issue at all. The water level sensor mounts easily with the included epoxy putty, even underwater. Water level has been perfect for months now. Terrific product. Highly recommended.

Really easy to install. It took me 2ish hours from start to finish (including installing the solenoid valve and the sensor), but most of that time was spent replacing cracked pipes from the existing pool equipment. I have had it running since June and haven't had to make any adjustments. I would highly recommend this product!

Purchased the LevelSmart, installation was straightforward, antenna cable just long enough to go around the double garage to where the pool equipment sits. Kit is good quality. Calibration worked as advertised, now let us see how well it keeps the pool level! Update: It is very hot at this time, so lots of evaporation especially as I have a water cooling fountain (must have for Houston to keep the pool refreshing): So last night, first Levelsmart filling event, level rose by 1/4 of an inch and is again exactly where I calibrated it. PERFECT. I love it.

Just installed a Level Smart system on our Association pool in northern California. It was very simple to install. Plugged into power, system pared just as instructions indicated. Easily set sensor to the water level desired. Works just as advertised. Ryan was available for any questions regarding the system and response time was excellent. This was a great purchase and looking forward to having Level Smart keeping the pool at the proper level instead of having to manually add water. Thank you Kona Labs.

Installed level smart system. Did not have to cut a single pipe. Simply exchanged the manual valve operator with an automatic operator. Works perfectly.
