The plumber that showed up (not Jimmy) was very rude and condescending. He quoted me a price and he was ready to start the project without any preparation (!?). Then he disappeared for almost half an hour. I considered his price, plus also his demeanor. I called his boss and told him I would not hire them. I'm glad I didn't because the next day, a very polite young man came to check the project, took measurements and told me what needed to be done prior to the work. He came back the next day and completed the project as promised, all for one third of the price quoted to me by Komfort Please.

Our hot water heater started leaking. We called Komfort and miraculously within 2 hours they showed up, removed our old HWH and installed a brand new one! Good to go! They were very professional, knew what they were doing, cleaned up after the work was done, and carried the old unit out to the street for sanitation. I've already recommended them to several neighbors.

These guys are the A-Team of boiler installers...we needed a replacement boiler - our 20 year old Burnham IN6 was leaking and causing flame roll out - needed replacement. They removed the old unit and installed a new IN6 model with electronic ignition within about 5 hours flat start to finish. Clean install with no glitches and price was reasonable as promised - in addition they referred us to the National Grid program for our energy efficient boiler $500 rebate.

Our 15 year old Burnham boiler blew out and died during the coldest week of the year. Jimmy and his crew, responded quickly, and professionally. Jimmy is very well informed about these types of systems and recommended replacing the boiler with the same model. With the right installation ( ours was not ), the new boiler should last 25 years. Jimmy and his team, removed the broken boiler in a matter of hours, cleaned up, and came back a couple days later to install the new one. Works great, little stinky because it's new, by otherwise we are nice and toasty. Jimmy explained all the details and building requirements we needed to know. I would highly recommend giving them a call.
