I've had great service from Komfort Keepers in Palmyra for over 10 years. They have honored every contract, and have performed service promptly and effectively on my furnace and air conditioner. I don't know who the other reviewers are talking about, but it's not Komfort Keepers in Palmyra Pennyslvania.

We've been with Komfort Keepers in Palmyra PA for 9 years, and we have had EXCELLENT service from them every year. They are prompt, fair, and reasonably priced.

Avoid this company. Not trustworthy. We had a service contract with them that they did not honor. They had 6 months to solve the problem but although they know what the solution is they did not fix it. They ignore all forms of correspondence even to the Better Business Bureau.

Go anywhere else but to Komfort Keepers.

Had them do some work in April of 2014, have been trying to get them to make it right since, no return calls, no follow up! Stay away from them! They are very prompt in billing though, no problem getting a bill out to you!

I hired this company to perform annual service on my central air conditioner. Other than cleaning the outside unit, no actual work was performed. This was verified when I asked what the psi reading was for the Freon and the technician admitted that he didn't even take a reading ""because it was cold."" Not worth the money spent and I wouldn't have them back.
