Being a homeowner can be stressful, especially when it comes to plumbing. For our last two events, we had the good fortune of working with JOE from Komar Anchor plumbing, and we were all the better for it. TImely, professional, courteous, hard working, and dilligent in making sure my issues were fixed. Recommendations and parts were ordered quickly and I don't see myself using any other plumbing service or working with anybody else but Joe! Our shower now runs beuatifully and our toilet no longer leaks! Silver bullet right here!

Komar plumbing came at the request of our home warranty to change the water heater. They used the wrong gage wire which melted the twist caps in the junction box.

the junction box was smoking for days after the install but we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Thank God my husband heard the pop and saw the smoke were it was coming from. After calling multiple times and speaking with patty? To send someone back she kept giving us the run around that she would try to find a plumber to come back out mean while without skipping a beat she kept recommending her friend at Dan Stanton electric to check our wire instead of sending her tech back out to fix their handy work!!!

Sounds like a scam to me, trying to work together by screwing an install up and setting her friend for business. Thanks for nothing. Thanks for almost burning our house down with your shotty workmanship. And to top it all off they only installed the ground wire to the hot the water pipe and not the cold water pipe. 1 of the two required grounding points. Again, almost killing us.

My wife and I had a water break in our home. I would NOT recommend this company. The two men that came into our HISTORIC home had no idea where to find the break. Their suggestion was to start putting holes in our almost 100 year old home. Did I mention they DID put holes in two different walls. I was offended the way the older man spoke to my wife, saying multiple times that we have to do what has to be done. My wife understood this, but was upset by the tone she was spoken to in. At one point I walked upstairs to find the older gentleman in our master bedroom , which was no where close to where he THOUGHT the leak was. At this point I told the men that was enough. No more holes in our home. So needless to say after less then 3 hrs ( which we were charged for a full 3 hrs and $236!!) of the two men roaming our home saying"" I don't know what to do"" . We politely said we are finding someone else. Lesson in all of this, it's your home don't let people mistreat you or waste your time. You would think that having over 30 yrs experience he would have known what to do.
