my regular plumber was not available, so they recommended koko drains to me. i can not be more pleased w/their prompt service and professional manners! office mgr arpi is polite and explains the problem and options very clearly. their price is reasonable and they even provide a 2 mos warranty for a backup job at the bathtub! i am VERY impressed by koko drains, and will definitely use them again!

Koko came by and wasn't able to fit his trailer up our driveway. He still gave it a try with the length of hose available. When he wasn't able to get enough distance out of it he let us know and left without a charge. Honest outfit, good people.

This is the second time I've called Kokos Drains.
The first time was after the plumber from a well-known plumbing company looked at my problem and quoted a price in the thousands of dollars because of extra piping that had to be installed. The plumber understood my distress but said that it was his company policy. However... he recommended I call Kokos Drains. I did. The Kokos plumber looked at my situation and, instead of recommending expensive upgrades, immediately got to work and solved it in an hour. And the price was a fraction of the other quote.
The second time was an emergency backup in the kitchen. Kokos came out, spent a few hours working on it (there's was an unexpected twist in the pipe, literally) and repaired it. The price? Again, much less than I had been prepared to pay.
Great work, great people, great (and fair) prices, and when the major competitor's plumbers are recommending them? Done deal.
