We had a sewer pipe/toilet issue, the upstairs bathroom was leaking to the downstairs bathroom. Another big plumbing company quoted us a big number after initial inspection. The plumber gave me Koko's contact info and told me Koko and his team might be able to help us with our needs.

Can't imagine a better experience with the plumbing issues I had. From the initial phone conversation with Arpi to make the appointment, to the actual service, things went smoother than my best expectations. I've been a Yelp user for many years and this is my FIRST REVIEW ever, I am that impressed with these folks.

I had a number of major and minor plumbing issues and I expected the job would take at least a full day, possibly longer, but Koko and his assistant were so fast and efficient (yet careful, detail oriented and clean) they finished all the jobs in just 3.5 hours and charged me only for that time of work. In that time, they hydrojetted two very long yard drain lines, camera'd and hydrojetted the main sewer line, removed one toilet and camera'd and unplugged that toilet tributary sewer line, snaked a poorly draining sink line, and repaired a busted yard drain pipe. I think I might be forgetting something else, lol.

Came on time, very friendly and professional, a terrific experience for me overall.
