We have been to a couple of stores but we found exactly what we were looking for at this location. Everything was staged so well. The sales consultant Koichi Motegi assisted us and was very knowledgeable. He even went the extra mile and drew us a sketch for our bathroom remodel. He's amazing! Love this Kohler showroom-they have a wide selection of Kohler products on display to view and test out.
The associate who helped us was Koichi and he was so very helpful! He spent a long time with us showing us different finishes and giving us samples to test colors.

Koichi also gave us printouts of all of our selections with installation instructions included in a nice folder. Koichi was so efficient and courteous, and we appreciated his great service!

Spoke to Julie at Customer service ? My Kohler bidet broke down and I am 84 and just had a knee replacement surgery so she talked me through the entire fixing - and it is now working well - BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND.
