Ryan was a doll, he was so helpful and knowledgeable helping me when I was stuck on two designs. I'm happy he was able to help me when my husband and I walked in, I can't wait for my master and half bath to be full of Kohler appliances. If you need help I would absolutely recommend Ryan!

The show room in itself is clean and has a good amount of appliances. A lot of their items are at the warehouse be we should have everything shipped out to us in a week given it's the holidays

Recently I remodeled my home. I was initially greeted by Alyssa who made me feel very welcome. Alyssa walked me through the entire process. If there was anything that I needed she would make phone calls to make things happen. This process of a remodel has been really stressful but Alyssa took some of that stress away. The Kohler team at Brea in general was awesome to work with, but Alyssa was my shining star.

When we started looking for bathroom fixtures and accessories, we knew we wanted something that was modern and good quality. After stumbling across the Kohler Signature Store in Brea, we were greeted by sales and design consultant Alyssa. She was very knowledgable and had some great design ideas. At first glance it appeared that the products were way out of our league, however, Alyssa was able to put together several packages that met our needs for both of our bathrooms that we were renovating. Their prices beat anything we saw online and the delivery was for the next day!! Excellent service and we love the products that made our bathrooms look amazing!. This is our 2nd time purchasing from this store. We are remodeling our kitchen and went in to look at faucets. Sarah Loya helped us out. She was very knowledgeable and printed us out several choices to take home with us so we could decide which one we would choose. Several days later she followed up with us. Koichi is so great at what he does. He is always so kind, a pleasure to speak to, and stays on top of our large order. His customer service is top notch and always follows through as promised. Beautiful store with lots of fixtures nicely displayed, from tubs to toilets to vanities to mirrors to finishings. I wish they had some of their smaller tubs on display, though.

The best part Of our experience was the assistance and guidance from a very nice gentleman, Koichi Motega. He helped us coordinate the fixtures with our tile and wood tone, keeping in mind the size and style of our bathroom. He has a keen eye for detail and style, and he's very frank about what will and won't work. He was generous with his time and attention. And the great thing about him is that he can draw and design your bathroom in 3D! This was very helpful when we were trying to figure out how much space we would have and where to place our freestanding tub.

We can't wait to order our fixtures and get our project started.

Alyssa Martinez was the employee who helped me. She helped me with the purist collection and honestly couldn't be any happier. She is attentive and very well experienced with interior designing. My husband usually never says much about things that pertain to this, but this time did and was very pleased with the outcomes. Been meaning to write a review for a while now, since Alyssa has helped us out the past few times we have been there before her maternity leave. Glad to have her back so she can continue to help us build our dream home.
