These guys came out when the weather was horrible, to fix my Hot Water Heater, and only charged me for the labor, this company I have used for 40 years now, NO other Company even comes close to Koen Plumbing and the Stellar Service they provide.

My outdoor faucet had a leak. They were able to come within two hours before the snow storm hit and replaced everything. My plumber was kind, courteous, smart, attentive, and polite. He was patient with me and explained how it all worked. Now, I'm all set before the storm. Two other big name brands couldn't see me until Monday and I called on a Wednesday. I know that's how it goes sometimes but not with Koen!

Cons: High upfront cost to get permit and perform leak detection. Final cost to repair leaks took the licensed plumber and his helper less than 8 hours but the cost was equal to 1 or 2 mortgage payments for Richardson, TX.

After months of dealing with a big Dallas plumbing company trying to get my leaking shower repaired, I was thankfully referred to Koen by a friend. Koen came out and assessed the problem, which turned out to be an improper installation and a cartridge that was no longer made, yes, I verified it was discontinued. I made the decision to just redo my shower and Koen came back and switched the duel control faucet to a single control and the shower is up and running again, with no leaks! Koen had the equipment and expertise to do the whole job, from carefully removing the tile, to expertly replacing it when the plumbing was done. It was no problem and they handled all the details! I am very pleased with their work, professionalism, and honesty. I will recommend them and use them as my go to plumber in the future. I don't call anyone but Koen Plumbing. They are now my go-to anytime I have a problem. This is my second time having John help at my house. After calling them to assist with another issue a few months ago, Koen Plumbing sent me a handwritten note thanking me for doing business with them - this alone made me want to have them as my family's go-to. This second time around, I had a leak under my kitchen sink and called on a Saturday late in the morning. I expressed to John how much the leak was bothering me, a single mom who already has her hands full, and he was able to work me in to his already busy schedule and see me the same day. He called and let me know before he was on the way and arrived ready to get the job done. As with my first experience with him, he was very friendly as he worked on my sink - he always makes sure to tell my son hello, and, of course, that brings a smile to his little face (which this mom takes joy in). He let me know when he had to leave to get a part and came back promptly to complete the task. Suffice it to say, he was quick, professional, left the area clean, and my sink is back up and running. I would highly recommend Koen Plumbing to anyone in the area.

We have used Koen Plumbing four times now: three broken water pipes in the foundation and one busted gas pipe. John (best tech EVER!!) has helped us three of the four times and has been amazing. Koen is an extremely professional company. They are on time, do what they say they will do, do it quickly and efficiently and will answer any insane question you might think to ask. Their price is fair but not cheap. This is definitely a case of you get what you pay for!!

Had a water leak in the guest bathroom, while I was out of town and my wife called Koen plumbing and when they came out they quoted her a price showing her a standard book for pricing and felt that it was a good price. When I returned home I look at their receipt and the work that was done and it was way overpriced. They took advantage of my wife and I would never recommend them to anyone. The job was done, but their prices are not very competitive. I have called several times to talk with the owner, but have not received a call back.
