I used to love them and referred them all the time! My hot water heater was replaced in Nov. by an apprentice who arrived at my house in the late afternoon and wasn't finished at 1am! He refused to call his journeyman for help. My experience ended with the police and fire department at my house at 2 am! The only compensation I received was an apology! Dave would have handled things much better!!!!!

Buyer beware! This corporate business is a rip off. I was charged $225 (vs. $142) to rod my backed-up kitchen sink and given a hand written receipt, after he submitted a printed receipt from M & M Plumbing and not Koehlinger Plumbing. While he was sent by Koehlinger, I'm not sure he was an employee or an independent contractor. Also, this business got a ""F"" grade for illegal use of the BBB accreditation. As such, all the other citations on their website are questionable. In conclusion, high prices, questionable business ethics, false advertising, and a ""F"" BBB grade equals ""buyer beware!"".

Did not realize Dave sold his business. Josh was very nice but feel the prices are high now. Just be aware that this may be a corporate company now. Dave did immaculate work and prices reasonable. Don't feel this is going to be my go to plumber. They did not want to admit Dave was gone.

I needed work done for 2 different jobs. Since I live out of state, I searched online for the plumber with the best reviews and called Koehlinger Plumbing. They were very professional and able to accommodate me right away. The technician was very thorough and did excellent work. Tenant and I were very delighted.

I have been a customer with Koehlinger for 10 years. I needed to have my toilet reset since it was leaking at the base after removal for a repair. Usually this is a very easy job to do (I have done it myself in the past) but I have an uneven floor and had difficulty getting it just right. Dave had fixed it in the past so I knew it wouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately, Dave sold his business and now a ""corporate"" company took over. The plumber Josh was great, he fixed it in a timely manner and left the bathroom very clean. My issue is with the office and what they charge. Apparently, there is a flat rate for everything. So while the plumber was here for 25min and used less than $10 in supplies they wanted to charge me $240. Dave would have NEVER charged that much for such a simple job. I know plumbing is a specialty and requires skill, not something that I want to skimp on. However, the man at the office was extremely rude and said there were obvious things I just didn't understand such as: I was to pay for the plumber's travel time (I'm within their service area), resetting the toilet is a flat rate (this was NOT disclosed when I made the appointment, I was told I would pay for the plumber's time) and that maybe I should go somewhere else. I will go somewhere else if not for a better price definitely for better customer service. The price was reduced however I have lost faith in the company and I do not recommend them, at least not for simple jobs. (You will pay more than you should.) Josh was great so he will give you great service (he worked with Dave and has his work ethic, obviously the man at the office did not get any of Dave's customer service skills), I then say make sure you get a quote upfront and get quotes from other companies. I wish Dave a happy retirement. I will be looking for a new plumber.

When my sewer backed up in the middle of the night, it was hard to find someone to come out and help me fix the problem. I got a hold of Koehlinger and they were very responsive and got someone out to my home within the hour. Their prices were very reasonable and I was glad I got them

Just a warning. In 2015 Dave sold his business. I had the new plumber do the same work that was done 2 1/2 years ago. It cost about 45%. No complaints with the work but the cost is extremely high.

We needed their services to address a few issues in our home prior to selling. They did a great job, knew what they were doing, worked quickly and were very pleasant! They even came in under his original estimate. I'd highly recommend and would use again!
