Keith Koehler is the only plumber I trust to resolve any issue I have or even my family. it was by chance I ran into him when we had a leak in our shower - had 3 estimates ranging around $10,000 to resolve the problem. Keith questioned what I told him and said he didn't think that was the solution and at that point I invited him to my house to take a look. He was correct and for a cost of $200. he fixed what was wrong and it has never leaked since. for this reason and the many times I have called him - there is no better choice and most of all I trust what he says

what an unbelievably bad experience with these con artists. After ages of phone tag, keith finally came November 25th to give an estimate. According to the ad we had, they offer free estimates. We were charged $105 for the 20 minutes they were there, they tested the electricity going to our pressure switch and determined the well pump needed replaced. Fine, I'll pay, just want the problem fixed. Was given an appointment for 12/4 to do the work, as well as a quote.
On 12/3 I texted asking for the time for our appointment (they will not answer or return phone calls, all communication via text, which turns out to be good since I have proof of every conversation when i make the report to the BBB). Keith replied that the holiday put them a day behind and rescheduled for 12/5 between 11-1. Keith no-call/no-showed on 12/5. We never heard from him again despite repeated attempts. We will now have to find another plumber and hope to have a better experience. Please find somebody else to call. I feel like Super Plumber conned me out of $105.

I have thus far been very disappointed. The plumber, Tim, arrived late on the day of work and initially told me the job to replace my shower valve and faucet assembly would cost nearly 100 more than the phone estimate. I had tile work being done the next day so I paid the additional amount. I came to find that once my tile work was done and I could test the lines however hot and cold were reversed. Usually a simple fix to the delta cartridge however it's been nearly three weeks, three separate calls and no one will call me back to fix it. Beyond that, now that the tile is in place, I see that the valve and faucet assembly are both an inch out of alignment from the shower head and the drain in the bathtub. As no one will return calls and there are multiple issues with the install I can't give a good rating.
