Kurt Koegel and crew replaced my 38 year old broken electric water heater with a new 55 gallon electric water heater. They were professional, pleasant, and completed the job inside of one hour. Within the next two years I plan to install a gas furnace and central air conditioning. I definitely plan on working with Koegel Plumbing & Heating Solutions on these projects as well. 10 years ago we bought an old house~ a real fixer upper. We've had roofers, electricians, plumbers, pest removal, insulation people, carpenters, masons, window and door installers, you name it through our doors. So we feel highly qualified to give a review. Koegel Solutions has impressed us as head and shoulders above other workers who have been to our place. The last plumber we had dumped 2 gallons of antifreeze onto our basement floor and cut a huge gash into a brand new radiator cover without telling us. We were truly nervous about calling another plumber. What a revelation Koegel Solutions has been! From the woman who answered our phone call to the young man apprenticing with Mr. Koegel, we can honestly say that, ""Clean, Courteous, and Professional"" is the perfect slogan for this business. Our antiquated, gobbledygook of a boiler system went out during the first cold snap of the season, leaving us without heat. Koegel Solutions promptly cleared a spot in their busy schedule and made an emergency visit to our home. They arrived in a clean and clearly marked vehicle, immediately put shoe protectors on, showing respect for us and our home, and got to work diagnosing and correcting the issue quickly. Mr. Koegel carefully explained our options for repairing the problem and for further improving the heating system for our particular, weird, old house situation. Our heat was restored before they left. And no surprise mess left behind! We definitely felt we had hit the jackpot with this business and we plan to have them back for our future plumbing needs.

I woke up one morning to find water near my fridge in kitchen and coming through the celling in the basement. I called Kurt at 7:00 am. He was able to come and figure out the issue with our fridge. Kurt was able to fix the problem with the fridge. He also took extra time to show me how the water turn off switch worked as it was put in backwards. Definitely would recommend Kurt!! Kurt is an absolutely excellent plumber and a wonderful human being besides! He plumbed in a wall-mounted low-flush toilet for our house, and created an elegant design for our complicated in-floor radiant heating & DHW system.
