We called them to do our annual backflow inspection. Two young men came out and performed services. When finished they came in to say we had a small leak that was due to a broken seal. A leak that we are 100% sure was not there before. Our site technician checked it out that evening to find out it wasnt a small leak but a big one and stated that the seal had to be broken by them because it was brand new. I called Kodiak to tell them what I found out and they sent the same guy back only to tell me the same thing and acted like it had nothing to do with what he did! Not only did they send a quote for a ridiculous amount for the repairs(for a seal replacement!) but also charged a service fee for coming out to look at the damage they caused. Then threatened to put a lien on my property if I didnt pay the service call.

Not sure what these people actually do. There is almost always someone in a company car sitting with the car running in our apartment community parking lot into late hours of the night. Different vehicles too but almost every day. Another SUV vehicle with obnoxious lifted wheels driving around at all hours of the day too with little regard for pedestrians or other vehicles. Really strange, makes you wonder what they're actually up to?

This company is amazing, not only did they teach us what we needed to know, they helped us through the process, step by step. I would highly recommend this company for all multi family properties. They are highly respected with the fire department, which makes the process much smoother.

This company will make you sign a 5 year contract for Alarm monitoring and fire protection services.

Then they will not send you the invoices purposely, and then one day you will receive a notice of Lien from them. If you call them and tell them that you never received any invoices they will call you a liar and tell you that they sent you the invoices.

They will then threaten you to pay the complete amount for the five years else they will foreclose on your property. they will threaten you that their attornies are very powerful and that your property will be foreclosed if you do not pay the full amount for 5 years, even if they have provided you service for 1 or 2 months.

I told them I will pay them for all the past 2 months and they said they want the full 5 years amount. I told them this is not fair, as they have not provided the service for five years, so how can I pay for five years. they threatened me on the phone and used profound language that they are going to put a lien on my property and foreclose it.

i don't understand what to do, I am ready to pay them the amount of 34.95/month for the 2 months of service they have provided but they are harrassing me to pay for five years in advance.

Please stay away from this company and the owner, he will threaten you.
