Todd Kodet always does an excellent job for me. He recently installed a filtration system, new water heater, soft water system, and fast hot water receiving. It has changed my life, my skin doesn't itch anymore and even my hair looks healthier. The water here in EMR is pretty bad, but Todd saved the day. He has also installed an exceptional water RO system, fixed my showers that weren't giving hot or cold water, leaks in sinks, a beautiful new sink in the kitchen and even installed a medicine cabinet for me. He saved me from having to get a new dishwasher by recommending products to get it back to top condition. Just can't say enough good things about Todd. Thank you Todd!

We were leaving for work and saw our garage had water running. Our hot water heater had failed and started leaking water. The overflow pipe was incorrectly installed by the home builder. Instead of the water going outside the house it ended up in the garage and into the living room. We needed a plumber ASAP. We looked in our neighborhood and saw Kodet Plumbing had all 5 star reviews. I called the number, and Todd the owner answered. He said give me your address and I will be there in 15 minutes. As promised he showed up right away and explained what happened and what he recommended for replacement. He said he would return later in the afternoon if we really needed hot water. I said no so he came back the next day. The price he quoted is what we paid. His work is top notch. He did a better installation that was done poorly by the home builders plumbers. It was 7 am and we were leaving for a trip at 9 am. I went to take my hose off of the backyard faucet and it was stuck. So I got a pipe wrench to loosen it, which did not work! I noticed water dripping from the connection. Great!! I went to Yelp and luckily I chose Kodet Plumbing!! I called Todd and he said he was on his way to another job, but it wasn't urgent so he could come right by. Are you serious?!! He was done and gone by 7:45!! What a nice guy and quick and affordable worker. Highly recommend Kodet Plumbing for your needs!!

We had another great experience with Kodet Plumbing.

On Saturday my husband noticed that our water heater was leaking. We thought of Todd because the last time he did work for us he told us to keep an eye on it since it was 11 years old. I left a message for Todd later that day.

He texted me Sunday morning (despite being closed on weekends, and the fact that he'd just gotten back from holiday travel). I called him back and he said he could see us Monday morning and recommended a water heater, explaining why he feels it's the most reliable. He quoted me a price that included the water heater and his labor. When I mentioned that the pedestal the water heater sits on looked damaged, he said he could take care of that (except for painting), and that it would cost extra--the exact price depending on how much more work was needed.

He not only replaced the water heater; he dug out the moldy drywall that was inside the pedestal and replaced the top layer with concrete backboard; he scraped the mold off the outside of the pedestal and primed it with a mold killer, then put spackling paste over it; he cleaned up after himself; and he hauled the old water heater away. The extra materials and labor cost $200, which I thought was reasonable considering how much time he spent getting things just right.

He also patiently answered all my questions. This is some of the best service I've had from any company ever. I highly recommend Kodet Plumbing.

Todd Kodet of Kodet Plumbing was out to our house on Friday.
We live out of state and were in town for a few days to use our vacation home. My husband noticed a small exterior leak 2 days before our departure. The leak was at exterior hose bib, pool filler and vacuum breaker area. We would not be back for 4 months, so this was a concern.
Todd has done a lot of work on the plumbing in interior when we did our remodel last year, so I called and he rearranged his schedule to come the day before left. We asked him to replace everything at the leak site plus another hose bib, vacuum breaker area by garage. Everything was replaced with heavy duty copper and the original pool filler line was PVC and now is copper. Todd does just fantastic work, thinking out how to improve the plumbing design not just replacing exactly like the original poor job when house was built..
