I called David at Koala-T Plumbing a few years back when we needed a new water softener installed. He beat everyone's price and installed a high quality softener that made a huge difference in our water quality. Fast forward to last month, where we came home from vacation to discover we no longer had hot water. I called David again and he was able to get out there the following day and install a new water heater for us. His prices were amazing and he stands behind his work.

I had a water heater emergency and Koala Plumbing came right out. My water heater was a very expensive solar water heater that required special ordering. They were able to find me one for the best price and fast along with some other fluids that had to be added. There was left over expensive fluids that he could have kept for a different job but left them with me. I feel that was honest and I appreciated it. I highly recommend this company affordable and honest.

I was referred to Koala-T Plumbing with high recommendation--and I was not disappointed! I was looking for good, fast, and reasonable cost. Oftentimes, you only get one or two of those. We have used David (Koala-T Plumbing) since he was a one-man company. We have him repaired/replaced sink, bathroom water hoses, sprinkler pipes, new toilet, and new water heater, etc. We still recommended him to our friends although we noticed that his price was no longer compatible since he hired a co-worker (higher insurance cost, etc.) few years ago. Every single service call would cost $89 even if just fixing a broken pipe.

Two weeks ago I found the sink had started to leak again. David said he could stop by when he came out here the next day and he wouldn't charge for that. Sounds like a reasonable business man. I have waited for him the whole afternoon, but he didn't show up. Lately I left him two messages, no return call... Seems like David just disappeared!

""No Show, No Call"" is very impolite for treating an old customer. Now we need to worry what if the costly hot water heater breaks down... There is no guarantee David would keep his words (or product warranty). To see a young man run his business like this, it truly makes me sad.

I just saw few poor reviews recently posted on Yelp (Including filtered reviews). So David may not care about my review as well but I sincerely hope that he will do well in his future business.
