Super prompt response time, called before/ around 8am. He was here by 10am. Pulled the toilet to get out a plastic makeup cap my kids accidentally flushed. Quoted me over the phone I also used the Yelp discount but even without the discount the price was relatively lower to pull and reset toilet than other businesses I called. Mike is very very knowledgeable on plumbing! One of our cooper water pipe was leaking on last Sunday. And the other plumber was not able to fix that, since our water shutoff was not able to shut off completely. The other plumber did not know how to do the soldering with the little water coming out from the copper water pipe.Then we found Mike from yelp, he came to our home in 1 hour, give us a reasonable price and tried different ways to stop the water completely and did the soldering!

We were so happy that he fixed the problem! He really has some great tips on plumbing! :)

I just had my new gas range delivered and installed, but was very unhappy with how far my new range projected out from the counter after the delivery guys left. It definitely looked like I needed to push it back further against the wall, but I couldn't. Turns out the new range's cut out for the gas pipe was on the opposite side of the gas pipe! I didn't know that was something I needed to consider when I was choosing a new range. I signed off on my delivery so now what? I looked for a plumber and called KO. Mike answered my call, listened to my problem and offered to come right over after he finished his job. 1 1/2 hours later he was in my kitchen, range pulled out and repiping my gas pipe so my range would slide back against the wall properly. I was thrilled! I didn't have to leave a message and hope for a call back nor wait for a week to have someone come out, nor be told my job was too small. Mike tested the new fittings to ensure it was safe with no leaks, hooked up my range, tested it and cleaned up after himself. His rate was very affordable too. I won't hesitate to call him again any time I need a plumber's help. I highly recommend KO Plumbing to anyone. You won't find better service. Thanks Mike.

KO Plumbing recently did a complete repipe for us in our home. They did an AWESOME job, paid attention to detail, and were very much perfectionists. The staff treats your job as if it was being done in their own home and have integrity for the quality of work they perform. They take pride in their workmanship. Having a repipe is no fun thing as it disrupts your entire home, but these guys made it much easier to get through, and took the ""sting"" out of it. We are thankful to have found them!
