Requested service on an old furnace that heated my commercial building. They couldn't fixed the furnace and instead would send a salesmen out to quote a new furnace. First appointment they never showed, never called. I called a week later to follow up. They rescheduled and had a no show - no call again. 40 mins after the scheduled time MIKE KNUEVE calls with the rudest tone. I told him you should have called I am at lunch now, I would have stayed at my office if you were going to be this late, just call... His response ""We are busy people too...""

As a young business owner in a small community I am very disappointed with Mike Knueve and his approach to business and sales. I received no apology from Mike and will not be working with Knueve and sons.
