His work was good and he was earlier than expected. It didnt take very long to fix the broken pipe on the side of my house that attached to the hose. He wasn't the friendliest when speaking through Yelp but he was nice once he got here. The price was considerably more than he quoted but he had to do a few extra things to get it to work right. We went from 120-350. 120 was the labor. All in all, it's fixed and fixed well.

I recently had a new water filtration system installed at my house and the installers let me know that my regulator was in desperate need of replacement. They gauged my water PSI to be over 100 and a house my size should be at 65 PSI. They told me at over 100 PSI I could possibly damage the new equipment. They also told me the storm drain that was being used to drain the water flushed from the new system was clogged and creating small pools. I immediately went on Yelp and sought quotes from plumbers to fix the regulator and drain. Elijah was one of the first to get back to me and related he could be at my house by 4 to assess the requested work and provide a free estimate. He showed up sightly earlier than 4 (which I appreciated) and immediately determined the regulator was B/O and the PSI was actually at 120! He also discussed the pros and cons of trying to clear the blockage in the drain. He told me honestly that he did not believe sending a snake into the drain was worth the time, effort or money. He did suggest sending in a balloon to determine how narrow the pipe had become. We agreed that he would come back the following morning and he would do the job while I was at work. He showed up as promised the following morning, replaced the regulator and hose bib, fixed the PSI to 65 (whew!), and cleared the issue in my storm drain! He sent me photos and videos after the work was completed so that I could see his work product. I was very happy with Elijah, his professionalism and his work ethic. Strongly recommend!!

We had a leaking shower valve and I called a few places and they all had a pretty high diagnosis charges. Elijah called me and gave me much better price to come and take a look at it. He came by and determined that it needed a cartridge replacement and quoted me a a decent price.

He got to work and we quickly realized that my valve was so rusted the cartridge has fused itself and rusted to the point that the puller broke the handle off and now the cartridge was stuck in there with nothing that we can use to pull it out. He labored away at it and it was not giving in. I was a bit worried, but Elijah did not give up, he didn't wanna leave me hanging and he just had lots of different tools that finally allowed him to remove the old cartridge and replace it.

Now my shower doesn't leave and I didn't pay and arm and a leg for it.

Sometimes what seems like a simple thing you can fix with some YouTube is very different from what you will encounter in real life. Call Elijah he knows what he's doing.
