Carlos Manzano is Knockout Plumbing. I met him over 6 years ago through my property manager when my rental needed drains cleaned. In 2016 my wife and I moved into our dream home that went south the first night as the drain lines failed hard our first night there. Carlos and his guys stayed well into the night replacing the out lines. Worked like crazy and got the main bathroom done so my wife and I could shower and not have to go to a motel. Since then he helped out when a pinhole leak destroyed the wall between the master bath and water heater. And today our water main burst after the recent earthquake. Broke as the sprinklers shut off at 10:20am. DWP found the problem and turned off the water, but it was my responsibility to repair. I called Carlos immediately, he got here as soon as possible and got the problem fixed. Saved my bacon again. He's one of those hidden gems that property managers want to keep to themselves.
