My bypass valve on my (disconnected for servicing) water softener suddenly started leaking in my garage at 7PM. Unfortunately, the only way to stop the leak was to turn off the water to the house for the whole night. After sending out a Yelp request the next morning, there were several responses but Marlene from Knockout was quick to offer technician availability that day.

Even though Jorge was already on a job, he was able to finish and get to my house in an hour! He assessed the issue and explained that the valve is now out of code. Putting in new piping to meet code was more expensive but there was the added feature of not having to turn off the water to the entire house! The estimate was expensive but Jorge and his manager worked with me to lower the cost a bit (I am a senior).

Jorge quickly got the necessary part and spent a couple hours (in the very hot weather) to finish a great re-pipe and valve job. I had running water again! Jorge did good work, was friendly and polite during the whole job.

Footnote: it turned out that the old valve is needed for the old water conditioner. I called Knockout the next day and Marlene was actually willing to drive to my house to drop off the old valve!

I really appreciate the friendly and courteous service at Knockout (it really matters these days!) and will definitely consider them again for my plumbing needs.

We had toilet and bathroom clogged over the weekend. I called Knockout Plumbing for the help, left a voicemail. Got a text immediately and got a call within 10 minutes. I talked to Edgar and explained what's the problem. He and his crew came within a couple of hours and did the snake for the sewage pipe. He told me at that time that this pipe is very very old and we would have to replace it and the problem would happen again. And as he mentioned the next day we had the same problem. He came back again next day did the snake again, put the video camera inside the pipe, showed me exactly where the problem was, where the pipe was completely broken, tree roots were gone in the sewage pipe and bathroom tissues and other stuff were getting clogged in those roots. We scheduled the date to replace the whole sewage pipe. Edgar did all the work with whatever needs to be done with the city. He and his crew came on time as per schedule and replaced the whole pipe without any damage to the house. I'm very satisfied with his work, his honesty and his expertise. He and his crew are very professional and know what they're doing. They did all the work and got everything to city code. Until the pipe was fixed Edgar called twice a day to make sure everything is working and I was comfortable. One day after his work he came to inspect everything to make sure everything is cleaned and working. He gave me 40 years written warranty on his work. Amazing guy and crew, would highly recommend to work with him and his company.

I had a sewer backup across the entire house and I reached out to multiple Plumbers whom I have worked with before. Most of them were not ready to arrive until next couple of days while we are struck with backed up sewer all across the house.

Edger arrived in next 20 mins, cleared my drain out and explained the situation of the 60 year old cast iron sewer lines under the crawlspace. He did an inspection and captured all the photographs to highlight the almost damaged, ready to crack, brittle cast iron sewer lines.

He suggested I contact him if I choose to replace my sewer lines as that's the next logical thing to do and left with a quote to repipe my sewer. As I was comparing quotes from other plumbers, I realized Edger's quote was the most reasonable, coupled with a warranty from a highly rated company.

I chose Knockout Plumbing & Repipe Inc., to repipe my sewer lines and they arrived on the scheduled day. The team along with Edger were at their best as they finished the job at my home in next 8 hrs.

They covered the entire passage and other parts of the house with plastic sheets to contain the dust and left the home spotlessly cleaned and sanitized. All those clogged cast iron pipes that came out of my crawlspace, I feel choosing Knockout Plumbing & Repipe was one of the best decisions I have made.

Edger even waived the initial charge to unclog my sewer lines and here I am, a delighted customer with brand new ABS sewer lines at my home. As when I was thinking all was done, I received a call from Edger 2 days later checking if everything is all right with my sewer lines and assured me to not worry even if any issues arise as it is all covered by the warranty, which left an impression of Accountability.

We had a water leak under the house not knowing what is leaking, we had Knockout Plumbing come to give us an estimate. They arrived on time, crawled under the house, took pictures and explained everything that was going on under the house. The prices were very reasonable. they returned 2 days later with a fantastic crew. they covered everything to keep it clean. While fixing the problem they noticed another problem with our 50 yr old pipes. Again took pictures explained what was going on and set up an appointment to complete that project. They did an amazing job. Cleaned up everything and send over Juan to complete the mud/drywall. I would recommend this team anyone who wants the job done well and on time as the quote.

I had two rusted sinks in a bathroom that needed replacement. Problem was that an equivalent sink was not available in the market. Edward was very innovative and helpful. He suggested replacing the shelf and piping that goes with the sink. In a matter of less than 2 days Knockout Plumbing crew gave me a new bathroom shelf, along with 2 new sinks in a full working order, but much nicer looking than before. I definitely recommend them and will use their services again.
