Vlad did a great job in replacing the bathroom ceiling fan. The old fan was loud and I wanted a quiet fan. It was easy to schedule the job with Vlad and get his hourly rate. He arrived on time and completed the job in less than two hours. He removed the old fan, carefully cut a larger opening in the ceiling for the new fan, and installed the new fan. He cleaned the area thoroughly with a vacuum he brought. Vlad was detailed, efficient, and friendly. I would hire Knock Knock again. See before and after photos of the fan.

Needed a Range Hood installed for my kitchen. I had reached out to a few general contractors and even HVAC. Some didn't do the job or didn't know how, believe or not. Some were simply electricians but didn't know what to do with this type of installation. It was frustrating.

Knock Knock was the only one who replied and replied quickly with understanding my needs, providing me with a quote, and the scheduling an installation date. They didn't even need to visit to view my complication situation and kitchen setup.

I was at first skeptic as there isn't much on this company with little reviews. But wow, what an installation they did! The commitment, and the work craftsmanship is definitely up to par.

Would definitely hire again for other work.

I didnt end up needing service so this review is for how they took the time to assess my washing machines issues. They asked detailed questions, pictures and told me what the issue is and that it's not worth the money to fix. This might seem like an obvious response to a customer inquiry but the over 10 people I reached out to barely explained or took the time.

Ben is really great. We bought this 13x10 gazebo and asked how much it will cost installing it. He is very transparent about the price and very professional about the job. He installed and the gazebo on the same day he went to assess the product. He's very accommodating and did everything I asked about the build. I definitely recommend him on this kind of project or any project he's familiar with.

Vlad is a breath of fresh air with his positive energy and can-do attitude and a very competent all-round handyman. From plumbing (new toilet install), electrical and installations (new shower shelves), he was able to cover multiple requests in one session. I had a delivery issue and had to reschedule our appointment multiple times, and Vlad kindly and graciously accommodated these changes. I also felt his prices were very reasonable, especially for last minute things I added on to the job.
