Answered the phone on a holiday weekend, and offered to come right away or after the holiday to save $$. Everyone at this company is very courteous and friendly. We discussed options, so I would know what to expect at appointment. After 1 1/2 hours, I had a new toilet with no more leaks. Thanks!

KNL plumbing was great to work with. Their customer service is exceptional. They came Over to look at our job right away, gave us very thorough details about what was going on with our toilet and gave us their best suggestion. They allowed us to purchase our own toilet. Once we got it, they returned to do the job. At first they quoted us only 3 hours but because our toilet was pretty messed up, it took them 5 hours. Although the job went into late afternoon/early evening, they were so nice and friendly about it.
