Wish Yelp had been around 12 years ago.
This is the worst plumber I have ever used, but never again.
1 star is 1 too many.
Have used Scotty's and Moffit since then and been happy especially with Moffit.

Knight-mare should be the name. Failed to show up. I called and they asked if they could come the next day. I agreed. No show. No call. No return calls. Do not use them!!!

Knight Plumbing Service ??? More like Knightmare Plumbing service. I should mention, I did use thier service once and they were helpful (something inside me said be aware though). Going against my better judgement, I called them again, they could not fix the problem. They didn't finish part of the job they were able to do (IT WAS INCOMPLETE). Then proceeded to not only give a my bill months later(after multiple request), but was trying to nickel and dime me where ever there was an opportunity. They wanted to charge me for tools to do the job because they broke the tools they had?? To make matters worse they start sending patronizing letters that were completely fabricated. Requesting to speak with Chuck (the owner) multiple times I finally was able to call him to express my concerns. The conversation (as you can imagine), went completely off track. I didn't agree with his antics and he didn't agree to anything I had to say. I mean, I'M THE CUSTOMER !!!!! He was very unprofessional, very Rude and was quick to use the 'FINE, I'LL SEE YOU IN COURT CARD"" LoL !!!! Hopefully mine was an isolated incident, that or no one is aware of Yelp??? Beware and approach with caution if you decide to use their sevices. Because it truly was a Knightmare of an experience.

Chuck was great! He helped us out with a particularly stubborn backed up toilet on New Years Day. He was fast and efficient and fully explained the problem to me. Even though I was renting a cabin he treated me like I was the owner. Don't hesitate to call him for any of your plumbing needs. He loves dogs too so that was a plus for us!
