I really dont want to leave any.stars but I have to, because honesty goes a long way, and As a business man myself i take pride to know that I never tried to get over on a customer. We have a confirmed leak by another plumber, However, when Cody from Knights plumbing came he was in my house for no more than five minutes, and said there was a animal living in my wall. He said it was urine, and that we needed to pay him $298 for coming out. We confirmed with ABC that there weren't any animals, and that it was water because there was no smell. I knew he wasn't honest and was trying to run a game on my wife because I wasn't there. There was no way he could have seen anything from my attic, because the attic is above my game room upstairs. At no point during the scheduling did anyone say that there was a visit fee. Which i have no problem paying, but I am not crazy, and when Cody called me he said the price, and i told him i needed to contact the home office. He then said he would be the one to call the office with a.horriblen attitude. He asked me If he was supposed to work for free. Then he hung up in my face. Maybe he was having a bad day, and was tired, but i shouldn't have to be the victim of that. I'm not saying the company is crooked by no means, but Cody is.

Knights Plumbing to the rescue again! I had a small faucet leak, Jason came out and repaired it in no time. I've had Knights Plumbing come out a while back and do a major sewer line repair, they show the same curtesy no matter the size of the job, always with smiles on their faces leaving the work area clean as a whistle. Also, being a member of their Royalty Club doesn't cost it pays! Thanks so much Knights Plumbing.

It was Saturday night and we were planning on going out, the shower wouldn't stop running . I called them and they came within 5 minutes . They got the job done within an hour. They were so fast and efficient and there prices are great . Would definitely recommend !!!

They were quick and efficient. However, $252 to unclog a tub that took him 10 minutes is ridiculous. I was charged $125 for labor, $65 for the trip, and $60 for the actual snake.

This is a solid, family owned business. They care about their customers and stand behind their work. The value in their work quality and customer service can only be appreciated by a customer who knows what their money is buying. They use the right equipment and have many years of training, knowledge and experience to do the job right, the first time. If there is ever an issue related to their work, they are responsive and accountable to correct it, with high priority. They are respectful of your property and plan repairs with great care. Plumbing is the kind of repair one shouldn't shop for cheapest rates on, because if done wrong, it leads to very expensive damage and other repairs within your home. Knight's Plumbing is who I trust and put the care of our plumbing repair needs in the hands of, knowing it will be done right and very well. I am fully confident in their abilities. They will remain my go-to for all upgrades and repairs.

I would first like to express that this is the 3rd time I've used their services, and it has always been stellar. It was just this recent experience that prompted me to provide this review. After describing my situation over the phone, I was quoted $98.50/hour (1 hr. minimum). The plumber came on-time, used his equipment, and drafted the bill. I was expecting a bill of $98.50 but instead, was told it would be $150! After speaking with the owner, he told me that he was actually giving me a "deal" since the standard flat-rate for clogs is $195. I told him about his phone quote of $98.50 to which he said that he'd honor, but now he would have to add an "equipment" fee! This fee was only $35 but I was bothered by the fact that it was not previously disclosed to me even when I spoke with the owner twice on the phone about my situation prior to scheduling the job.

Again, the service was great, but I would caution folks to inquire about "fees".
