Troy is very knowledgeable, arrived and finished on schedule, and cleaned up after he was done (this doesn't always happen, in our experience). He installed the toilet (hooray for no skirting and easy cleaning) and faucets we purchased and worked efficiently and thoroughly to deal with the unusual plumbing fixtures and configuration the builder had used. He's done a great job with other plumbing in our home, too.
