Jason and Kevin came out and provided great service and were very knowledgeable. They were able to work efficiently and describe potential issues without trying to upcharge and make unnecessary upgrades.

They charge way too much for simple procedures that other plumbers charge about a third of the price. One task they did complete, it was not done right and they had to come back. Receptionist is not very friendly on the phone either. No Thanks!

Called about my water heater and they had a tech (Les) out the following day, which was a Saturday at no extra cost. Les was very polite and professional, and went over the problem in detail, and also presented several options to me and the pros and cons to each option. I also really liked the transparent pricing on the iPad before making my decision, and also the detailed invoice of all the services and parts purchased.
