I had a leak from one of the sinks in my upstairs master bathroom. I thought it was coming from my tub but it was not much water. It left a water stain on the ceiling in my family room. I called Knight's and they came out the next morning. The two plumbers , Jack and Jesse, assessed the situation and found it was a cracked iron drain pipe which required cutting a hole in the ceiling. they mad a small hole about 14""x14"" and were able to remove the section of pipe and replace it with ABS which will never crack again. They sent their drywall repair guy out the next day and patched the hole and re-texturized it for a seamless repair.

I will use these pros again when I need a plumber. Hats off to great customer service and a great job.

I recently had Knight's Plumbing come out and check my sewer drain pipe for a possible leak. Joe put a camera down the pipe and discovered that the pipe was cracked under my front walkway.

The repair involved jackhammering our front walkway, excavating 3 feet down, and replacing the cracked segment of pipe. He used quality materials and made sure the connections were watertight.

I was going on vacation the next week and did something I've never done before -- I let Joe perform the repair work while I was out of town. I normally like to watch the progress of any work being done on my property. But Joe impressed me as trustworthy, and he kept me informed of his progress with pictures and video. He went above and beyond the call of duty. After my vacation, Joe came back and gave me a live video demonstration of the completed work by putting a camera down the pipe and answered questions during this process.

I will hire this company again the next time I have any plumbing problems!

TERRIFIC, 5-STAR SERVICE! Joe was awesome. Recommended a great toilet (American Standard champion) to replace the poorly flushing one we wanted to replace. Also repaired a leaky connection in our Master Bathroom.

Highly recommend Knights Plumbing, they are simply the best in town. I had a major repair to my sewer line that required them to dig up 6 feet of dirt to replace the breakage. Not only were they more competitively priced then other companies, they got started immediately and provided a high level of professionalism. We woke up to a cold shower on Saturday morning but were on our way out of town. We probably talked to 6 plumbers that morning and no one could get us a new water heater until Monday. Jeremy made it happen the same day with the help of our neighbor. The price was right and he was quick and professional and we had hot water that night. 5 STARS!

Covid times review:

Sitting at my dining room table, I look at the ceiling and I say to myself ""WTF is that?!"" It was a moisture bubble that could only be one thing... a leak in a pipe from the upstairs bathroom. Thanks, 2020!

Two men came out to assess the damage and provide a free estimate. Both arrived within the allotted time frame and wore masks the entire time. They covered everything in plastic prior to working and cleaned up afterwards.

They were friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. They were actually the second plumber I had assess the same damage and were slightly more expensive than the first; however, their professionalism and my perception of how knowledgeable they were made it worth it to fork over the extra money.

I would definitely use them again.

Last night we had major blockage and backup in our master bathroom that led to every area in our house having an issue. I called first thing this morning at 7:30 and within two hours they had their guys at our home, as promised. The men Jesse and Miguel were very professional and courteous and kept me updated with their progress in fixing the issue. They advised me of work that could (and should) be done to alleviate the issue in the future, but didn't push me to do it. I appreciated their honesty. Jeremy, the owner, came over to check on the guys and talk with me as well. I am very impressed with all of these guys and will definitely be using them in the future. Called them during COVID, they were able to come out same day. Unclogged toilet, bathtub and laundry sink. Will be having them back this week for an extra power wash through all our house pipes, after they showed me what they found in the piping we definitely need it. Miguel and Reggie were very professional and thorough and cleaned up everything before they left.

I initially found Knights plumbing online last year after going through 2 other plumbers who could not figure out a sewage smell in our house. Knights plumbing came out and instantly fixed the problem same day. I highly recommend.
