I've used a few different plumbers over my homeownership years, none have really been great. But the guys at knights plumbing came through for me. I tried a different approach and used yelp 100%. I used their request a quote system and contacted 5 plumbers I felt had good reviews and were local. All were contacted on Saturday am and with the same message. By the end of the day only 3 had responded. Knights was the first and also confirmed an appointment. On the day of the appointment they actually contacted me as they could show up 30 minutes early. Once they showed up they offered to bootie up to keep the house clean and went through to develop an estimate for the repairs and a timeframe for completion. The quote was fair and the timeframe was excellent. They completed the job in the time allotted and cleaned up well after. And the job was done in a quality manner with no additional leaks or need to call them back for warranty or assistance. And the crew that worked our home was courtesy: Wes and Mike were both gentlemen and did their jobs professionally. You could tell they were happy where they worked which is very important to me. I would definitely recommend knights plumbing for future work.

Jeremy had his team come out at a time convenient for me (5am!!) And I only gave them an 18 hour notice. They were professional and very kndowlegable. We will have them as our go to plumbers going forward!

I contacted Knight's Plumbing for a draining issue I was having in our upstairs restroom. They responded quickly and sent out a technician soon after we spoke on the phone. I thought the issue was due to a toothpaste cap blocking the drainage but Greg, the technician, assured me it wasn't so. He was spot on, the assessment he made was valid and the problem was solved. Greg was awesome.

It would've been a five star service if it was left at that; unfortunately, as they were working on the issue they made a hole in the wall. Greg assured me they would stay in contact with me so they could send someone out. The next day no one contacted me so I took it upon myself to contact them, rather strange thinking they hadn't finished the job yet were not in communication with me. I reached out and they said they would send someone out.

After about another day they sent someone out and here's where things got a little complicated. Knight's Plumbing didn't by default take it upon themselves to pay for the wall repair, instead, I had to convince them that since we did not do the damage there is no reason for us to pay for it. I can't think of the last time I had to convince someone to pay for the damage they caused themselves. Luckily, they agreed and said they would cover the cost, but there's a catch. The wall (more like the ceiling) needs to be painted to match the patch, but that costs extra... So we fixed one issue and now we have another... We have to now send someone out to paint the wall(ceiling) in order for it to be all one shade.

So to summarize, they fixed the leak, made a hole in the floor/downstairs bathroom ceiling, attempted to make us pay for it, after negotiating they paid for it, but only enough to do 75% of the wall by not matching the paint with the rest of the ceiling with the hole in it.

I never thought I'd be singing the praises of a plumber on yelp but these guys blew me away! I bought two new vanities and needed someone to install them for me. Little did I know that the combinations of sink, vanity, faucets etc were basically all wrong for each other. These guys troubleshooted every issue the whole way through with smiles on their faces and were so helpful and kind given the cards I had dealt them. When they didn't have time to finish given all the speed bumps I knew we would have to reschedule for another day. I was fully expecting not to hear from them for another week at least but they came the very next morning and finished the job! I've never had such a pleasant experience from a plumber (or any contractor or service provider) from start to finish and the guys were so incredibly patient and lovely to have in our home! I hope to be able to provide them with more work in the future.

Water heater took a crap. Plumber was out in 20minutes. Had the installl started in an hour after he picked up new WH. I preferred to do some of the flooring work myself as the WH leak ruined the floor around the WH. The tech, Dave was awesome. We worked in tandem and got the whole process done very quickly at a fair price.

Did a good job clearing a clog in our lines and installing an additional trap on the side of the house. Fast, efficient. They're supposed to be back again with a smaller camera to be sure our lines are fully cleared. I like them.

Great customer service over the phone. Guys showed up(a little late) but the got the job done fast and didn't try and upsell us on things we didn't need. Very honest and trustworthy guys. Would def recommend them to anyone.

We needed some shower fixtures and sink faucets removed and new ones installed. Extremely satisfied with the work Wes and Miguel did. They were right on time, planned the job out and went right to work. They were also both polite and courteous and answered all the questions my wife and I had. Price was fair and if needed I wouldn't hesitate to call Knights Plumbing again!

Don't waste your time. They don't respond to Yelp quote requests and use an answering service to answer their calls who have no clue.

I called to see if they could come out today and they did! Not only that David called and asked if they could come a little early... huh yeah!! David and Paul came and were really nice and fast. I had a few questions about other things like a sink which the call was not for, and he happily answered the question. To be honest i called this company because our normal plumber was too busy to get to us, but i think i found a new normal.
