Jr is the tech that come out to do the yearly maintenance on our water heater. Very nice gentleman and polite. I like the fact that after introducing himself he immediately put shoe booties before entering our house! It must be a standard procedure for Knights Plumbing because last year when they came to replace my water heater Jason did the same thing! I've had 3 technicians come out the past year and they represent Knights Plumbing very well

Our kitchen sink was clogged and I called and spoke to Riley who was very efficient and said that the technician would be out within a couple hours. Sure enough I got a text and call to say that Armando was on his way. I even got a picture of Armando to make sure I knew the right person was coming. Armando was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Jason and Rob came on time and worked hard to clear the drain and the air vent of grease and debris. They were persistent with the stubborn drain and spent considerable time troubleshooting the issue. Clearing the air vent was brilliant and needed. Highly recommend.

Last night our water stopped getting hot. We had to leave this morning for a conference and our son would be left without hot water for the week. We called Knights at 7:30 a.m. and by 9 they were here. Riley was so friendly on the phone. She said the part we needed was under warranty and would take 3 days but then she called back and said they found one for us. Weston and Zach finished the job quickly and were very professional and very friendly. We were prepared for another huge expense and only paid for the labor! We are on schedule to leave on our trip and we don't have to worry our son will have to take cold showers! We highly recommend Knight Plumbing and if you're lucky, you'll get Weston and Zach.
