as part of a master bath remodel, i needed to find somebody who knew how to properly install my new bathtub. after speaking to several plumbing companies, knights was suggested to me. from my first encounter with their company by telephone to the minute they drove away, my experience with knights was top notch.

the people who take phone calls for the knights plumbing are pleasant, professional, and efficient. the plumbers themselves, specifically les and jesse, are also pleasant, professional, and efficient. it is clear that every employee does their absolute best to ensure the plumbing work is performed in the best manner possible and they work EXTRA hard to ensure the customer is happy; not just satisfied, but happy. they address all of the customer's concerns before starting work and throughout the process of completing the work. the customer service skills of every person i encountered was far superior to every other company i spoke with.

knights is definitely my choice for plumbing needs in future and i am pleased to be able to recommend their work and the company overall.

I am so happy with the service they provided from start to finish! They were able to come handle my leaking kitchen sink within a day of my call. They sent out a text with info on what tech to expect and when. They arrived to booted and masked to maintain a clean environment. Robert walked me through the issues and the science behind a properly functioning setup. Victor took the initiative to replace my hose bib when he saw it broken and jagged. They replaced the items that needed to be changed out and cleaned out my blocked tubing. They walked me through the pricing of each item after the inspection so I knew what the costs would be. I am extremely satisfied with the service and quality of the work!!

We had a leak under the slab in the kitchen. Our options were to break up the concrete, reroute the water for the whole house or do a partial reroute. Les was very patient. He took the time to go through the whole process with me. Jason and Victor came the next day. They were on time and very polite. They covered the carpet and wore shoe covers to make sure it doesn't get dirty. After a few hours they were done. Thank you Jason and Victor! Everyone that I spoke to at this company were very polite and professional. I will definitely call them back.

Les, the plumber, greeted me at my door. He introduced himself. He evaluated the issue, explained the process in detail and gAve me a quote. He reviewed Knights Plumbing and Drain's policy and procedures. I accepted. He completed the job thoroughly, checking and rechecking for any leaks. He cleaned up. He tolerated our little kitty cat checking his tooL bag! He was so friendly and courteous. Loved the service rendered. Called yesterday for my leaking shower head. Less came out next day..a Saturday. No extra weekend charges. Fixed our problem with expertise. New exactly what was needed. Can't thank enough for saving us the $1000+ that the competition was going to charge.
The gal who scheduled the appointment was also very good. Kept me in the loop with his ETA. Called more than once to let me know updates.
