I thought the repairman they sent was professional and did the job...however, he was here one hour and replaced 2 pieces of PVC and they charged $189.50 That seems excessive to me!

I needed a plumber fast due to a sewer backup at 5:30 at night. Knight came out and couldn't find the problem so they came back the next day to figure out the problem. Orlando was very knowledgeable and didn't just want to bandage the problem. He explained all of the options needed to fix problem and even called the city of Modesto as it ended up being a city sewer problem. 25 hours later I finally had working plumbing!! Thank you Orlando and knights plumbing for your diligence in fixing the problem.

Orlando did great at not just fixing the problem but spending his time to solve the problem that the previous plumbing company couldn't figure out. He explained to me and was patient the whole time. My husband and I would agree with all of the accolades for Knights. We discovered our toilets overflowing at 3 in the afternoon. This was an emergency for us! We checked Yelp and based on positive reviews, called Knights. Jason arrived after 6 and worked professionally and conscientiously for 4 hours. He not only fixed a complicated problem but educated us about the plumbing in our older home. We would recommend their service and expert work without reservation. Thank you, Jason!

Was told that there is a $99 to check on the problem and if we decide to go with them to fix it, that $99 would be waived off. Nope they were charging $99 for comming here + $25 to unloose the shower head extension pipe (as the plumber explained) and called the office and said the plumber explained it wrong. This is so disappointing really, and they have 5 stars here on yelp. Karma don't sleep.

Rob G provided excellent service for us. Arrived on time was very professional showed us what was wrong then explained what it would take to fix it and options. Very frustrated with this company I called on a Sunday was offered a free quote at the end of the line on Monday or pay 100. I chose free spot. Monday roles around I hear nothing until 7pm I get a phone saying they do not have time. They offered for someone to come Wednesday and said should would schedule a time for 4:00. 5:00 Wed I haven't heard anything so I call and am told no one will be coming today because I opted for free quote so I explained how the previous girl told me she would schedule me in at 4 on Wed because no one was able to make it out Mon and the other female says Well sorry we don't schedule free quotes she must've have been new. Oh, so it's my fault someone is new and gives me wrong info? I'm sorry, but new or not I was told I would have someone at my house Wed at 4 and that didn't happen. I said ok I will go elsewhere thank you. The girl on the phone said ok bye. Horrible customer service. When an employee tells a customer something like that even if they are new and didn't know, it should be honored. Will never use this company .

Again I would highly recommend this co. Especially Scott J. He came to the rescue today and took care of everything related to the job (leaky sink & replacement), including calling the city to have the outside line valve repaired. He even fixed a running toilet while we waited for the city to get here.
Very knowledgeable, very nice and professional. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am. Thank you Scott & KP&D!!
