Called yesterday for my leaking shower head. Less came out next day..a Saturday. No extra weekend charges. Fixed our problem with expertise. New exactly what was needed. Can't thank enough for saving us the $1000+ that the competition was going to charge.
The gal who scheduled the appointment was also very good. Kept me in the loop with his ETA. Called more than once to let me know updates.

I called them about a drain issue I was having. A team member was out to my house within a half hour. Fixed my problem promptly. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely call them again if needed.

This place wants to charge my mother 250 dollars to change a stem in her bathroom faucet. The stem didnt work so they need to open the drywall, which takes fucking two minutes , they want to charge her a minimum of a thousand dollars and thats if she cuts the wall open. Use this place if you like flushing your money down the drain. They also told her they might need permits to open the drywall from the city, permits to cut a whole in your wall???

With no hot water on Christmas Eve, I was in a panic. Googled a plumber and met Angie over the phone. By far she is THE BEST customer service rep I have ever spoken to. She is so pleasant, compassionate, and she went above and beyond to not only resolve my issue but to keep my business with them forever. When Les showed up, he was extremely knowledgable, pleasant, and not expensive. He also brought a spanish speaker (Lee) with him to help my dad out. This is the best company I have dealt with in years and I will forever be a customer. Also, I plan on signing up for their monthly membership.

Les did a fantastic job replacing our 25 year old toilet. He was very personable, shared information, and kept us informed through out the install process. A very friendly and knowledgeable plumber. We only use Knights plumbing for all our plumbing needs. They are awesome!

The tech was very nice and friendly, also very professional. I had a leak in the back of my toilet and they came out the very next morning. I also received a picture of the tech prior to them coming which was great! A bit pricey but very reliable.

Had problems with leaking shower, had to turn water off the previous day. It was after hours so I called first thing in the morning. The technician, Jesus was professional and friendly. He removed a dime from my garbage disposal in about 20 minutes. Jesus earned a 5 star review in my mind, however I only gave nights plumbing a one star review because it cost $170! I did not look around, but I'm quite certain I could have found a plumber to take apart my disposal and 20 minutes or less than that.
