Weston and Zach were great. I had a Saturday emergency and they showed up within 2 hours to help, prepared to fix the problem. They were communicative and gave me options to address. Clean, timely, responsive and professional. They did a great job

1st off let me say that Victor and his assistant were very professional. They made sure they had their shoe covers on whenever they came in and out. Rainy day and they didn't track anything on the carpet. These guys did a great job and the quotes were actually less than expected. They made me aware of problems added costs and it was still a great price. They knocked out the work, but didn't cut any corners. Really happy with their work. Now they also shared a program that knight's plumbing has. It's a customer program where you pay $12.95 a month and you get priority service. I like the idea of having a plumber on call. So I would suggest to all of you to call knights plumbing and ask about this program. Even if you don't need plumbing now call these folks and ask about the program. There's a lot I'm not sharing as it would really drag this review out. But this company is the one to use.

We called out knights plumbing to clear a clogged shower. They came first thing in the morning. Jason George was very thorough and made sure the job was done right! Checked for leaks everywhere before he left! Really happy with the job as always

The toilet was blocked and when flushed came up the tub drain. It was terrible. I called knights plumbing. They were able to send someone right away. Weston and Zach came and are so professional, patient and helpful. They worked very hard and did a great job finding the issue quickly. To fix the problem was quite pricey but Weston was able to get me a great discount. I greatly appreciate what they were able to do for us. We always have great service with Knights Plumbing.

customer service was not great at all. called them to check out our water heater issue. before even setting up an appointment we sent pictures of what we were working with. Then day 1 we got told it was too late for them to come out and they'd be out the next day, end of second day they said the same thing. finally came out morning of the 3rd day just to glance at the water heater (when pics were already sent) and state they couldn't work on it at all. had to pay the $100 fee for nothing.

Victor and Junior were dispatched to replace my rusted out, ancient water heater. They were very professional and communicated with me throughout their time swapping out the old for a new one. They worked well as a team, and were efficient..took maybe 2.5 hours.
