Called them Sunday to set up for a toilet install Monday. Called Monday morning to verify told most likely a couple hours. Four hours later, call and told probably another hour. Two more hours go by I have a text saying tech on way. Thirty more minutes go by, I get a call saying tech on way. It's now been another 30 minutes and no tech. Supposedly, he was just down the way, so traffic isn't a issue. I will never use this company again. Totally unprofessional. Still waiting for tech. Called one last time to be told he's in traffic when I was told he was around the corner prior call. Don't use this company unless you like wasting your time!

We had a major back up in our plumbing our whole house was backed up every sink every toilet everything Les from knights plumbing came out on a Sunday fixed our clog and was nice and I felt that the options he gave us and the answers we asked before during and after were answered with honesty and that is so important to me he will for sure be my only call when needed

Orlando did an awesome job in repairing a sewer pipe located in the wall under our sink. We are located in an upstairs condo, and water was leaking down below to the downstairs unit. He came by Tues. evening & explained why he needed to pull a permit. The next day he quickly completed the job and even repaired another pipe that was rusting out, without charging us extra. I greatly appreciate the prompt, professional,and reasonable work done by Orlando from Knight's Plumbing

We ran into an emergency while doing another project. Our water heater went out and we had to get it fixed right away. Rob came out right away and installed a new water heater and toilet. He was friendly and courteous. He did a great job with both installations even while we had another major building project going on around him. This was the first time we used Knight's but we will call them again when needed.

I thought the repairman they sent was professional and did the job...however, he was here one hour and replaced 2 pieces of PVC and they charged $189.50 That seems excessive to me!

I needed a plumber fast due to a sewer backup at 5:30 at night. Knight came out and couldn't find the problem so they came back the next day to figure out the problem. Orlando was very knowledgeable and didn't just want to bandage the problem. He explained all of the options needed to fix problem and even called the city of Modesto as it ended up being a city sewer problem. 25 hours later I finally had working plumbing!! Thank you Orlando and knights plumbing for your diligence in fixing the problem.
