Knight's Plumbing is hands down the best. Whitney took my call and managed to get me on the schedule right away. Hector showed up in less than 30 minutes and got right to work. We have some ancient components to our sewer line, but that posed no problem for Hector. Not even the staff from the city was able to unclog our line, but Hector had it done in less than 10 minutes! He took the time to do some additional troubleshooting to make sure our line would remain clear. Friendly, competent, and professional - that's what you get from Knight's Plumbing.

About 3 weeks after I wrote my original review, I got a phone call from one of the managers at Knight's Plumbing. He had read about my experience with expecting a lower price for the work done and wanted to know what he could do to make it right so that I was 100% satisfied. I definitely appreciated the sincere follow up and ""over and beyond"" customer service.

Hector came to the rescue again !! He is a throw back from the 50's when young men carry themselves with respect and took pride in their work. I highly recommend Knights, they are a good company. I am happy with the customer service they provide. This the second time I use Knights and I am very satisfied with the work. Hector did an amazing job, hardworking young man.

While my father is in the hospital, of course the plumbing backs up as well. Knights plumbing and drain fixed the drain quickly and painlessly on a Saturday. They have someone to answer the phone and coordinate sending out a plumber. The price was a little steep at $189 for 20 minutes of work but we were desperate as my dads house has only one bathroom. Jason the plumber was professional and courteous.

Orlando showed up a few minutes early to troubleshoot a problem requiring the water to be shut off. He asked where the service entrance was located, but unfortunately I had not idea. Before I knew it he was looking all around the house trying to find it without success. So he found the main in the crawl space where it enters the house and shut the water off there instead.

After seeing the problem he took a few minutes to prepare a written quote with best case and worst case options, and a sales pitch to sign up for a monthly type plan that included some ""free"" annual services and a discount on today's and any future work.

I declined the sales pitch and even though the price was a little high as others have noted, had him proceed with the work which was completed quickly without any complications. After that he took a quick, complimentary look at the water heater to see if the installation met current code, which it did. He noted the heater was relatively new and then explained it is very important to replace the sacrificial anode about every 8 years, as the water will attack the tank once the anode had eroded away, which I was not aware of. And replacing the anode on a regular schedule will greatly increase tank life according to Orlando.

Had the price been a little more reasonable for this simple work I would have given the 5 stars.

Called in the morning to schedule a gas leak repair. Called back later in the day after no one arrived and they said someone would call me back to confirm time arrival. I Never received a callback. Called for a third time to cancel the initial call and was told I was never in the system, and was never scheduled! Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. Very bad business practice to not have the proper process to schedule and follow up with customers. From my experience in business sounds like they are using an answering service for incoming calls/dispatch which is not doing an effective job.

Knights Plumbing stands by their 100% customer satisfaction. I had a leak and called Knights Plumbing to come out and look at it. The plumber diagnosed the issue and provided me with an option to fix the leak. After the work was done I still had a leak. The owner Les came out to assess the situation. He easily could of lied to me and told me that I had 2 different leaks and I wouldn't have known the difference. Les admitted that the leak was diagnosed incorrectly and went above and beyond to make sure he not only fixed the leak, but that we were satisfied with the quality of the work performed and the price. We had some questions with the original work performed, so Les assigned another plumber to complete the work so we would feel comfortable. Rene completed the work and went above and beyond what was expected. I would say yes I was irritated that it took a little longer than expected to fix the leak, but the fact that Les admitted the mistake and did everything that was reasonable to make it right is why I still gave them 5 stars. Mistakes happen, it is fact of life. I am just glad to work with a company that is still focused on customer satisfaction.

I had an easy and satisfying experience with this company. I needed a sink installed. I called Knights and Hector was out the next morning and finished the install in a quick fashion. This was great as i called two other places prior and didn't get a response. I found the price to be fair and reasonable. I would use them again if the need arises.

I had a great experience utilizing this company. Hector came to my house in the late evening on a Sunday. Called before he arrived and to also verify that he was still needed. Once he arrived we went over the problem which was a plugged sewer line leading to the main in the street. He located the plug and had it cleared in minutes. The price for the work he was to do was given up front. After clearing the plug he could have just collected and headed home but instead offered to run a camera down to see if there was any other issues. Sure enough the line had a big hole in it. We would have never known if he didn't take the extra step. The price was $175.00 which I thought was not to bad. Fast , friendly service. I would use them again if I needed additional plumbing work.
