Shane did a whole house plumbing inspection and he was professional and friendly. I joined Kinights monthly membership service and honestly forgot all about they. They could have happily taken my money and went along but they called me to cash in in the member benefits. Shane was efficient and knowledgeable letting me know what to watch for go forward and avoid costly mistakes.

Wish I could give zero stars. Called Knights Plumbing. Didn't have hot water. Did some research and looked like a fairly easy repair, bad thermocouple called Knights because they left magnets on my fridge. Guy came out for $99.50, gave me two quotes: Option 1: repair, $1,394.57 option 2: new water heater, $3,196.56.

I ended up walking the guy out, tossed their magnets in the trash before he left, went to Ace Hardware right after, bought a new thermocouple for $13.63 and I have had hot water for over two weeks now.

Do the math - they quoted me 100 times my actual cost of repair. I know a lot of people that would have struggled with the decision to spend $1,394 and $3,196 - just awful that there are companies like this out there.

Be very careful and do some research. I save $1,200 on a $13 repair.

After my husband passed away, I had a lot of plumbing problems that I needed repaired. Knights Plumbing came to the rescue. They were efficient and didn't try to push me towards anything extra. I am happy with the work that Les has completed in my home and will use him when needed. I am happy with the personal service I received from him and staff.

Good service but unreasonable prices. Was quoted $2.5-$6.6K for water heater parts & labor and ended up only spending only $1.5K through another vendor and its working just fine. Not sure what the mark up is for?

I had a slow draining toilet and a plunger wasn't going to do the job. I called Knights Plumbing and explained my problem. I was told how there service worked and asked if I wanted to move forward. I did and was told as soon as one of their technicians was available he would be sent to my home. I figured this meant sometime in the next week, like the other companies had said. I asked for a timeframe and to my surprise was told they would be there later that day. I got a call later that afternoon and was told that my technician was 25 minutes away. When he arrived (on time), he was clean and professional looking and put on booties before entering our home. I explained my problem and he went outside to check where our sewer line connected to the city line at the street. The problem was there and he contacted the city to come fix it. I was concerned that I was going to pay for a visit and then have to pay for another visit if the city didn't fix the problem. He called his supervisor and got the charges waived. I will definately be using Knights plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

I called Friday and spoke to an Ashley regarding a pedestal sink installation quote. She was very kind and gave me an email I could send pictures to in order to get a quote vs having them come out (as we have purchased the sink and the old one is already gone ~ we had new floors installed)
I sent the email Friday and then never heard back.

I called again Tuesday to confirm did I not have the correct email? I did just never got an email or call back!
A 2nd gal (Sandra) knew of the email and said if I could call back Wednesday ~ she would follow up with the supervisor. Now today I called back again, got the same gal and now they don't do that.....I quote is what she said. Completely felt brushed off however, Really ? A reputable plumbing company can't install a pedestal sink in a bathroom; that's odd but thank u for wasting my time Friday thru Wednesday.
