I called Friday and spoke to an Ashley regarding a pedestal sink installation quote. She was very kind and gave me an email I could send pictures to in order to get a quote vs having them come out (as we have purchased the sink and the old one is already gone ~ we had new floors installed)
I sent the email Friday and then never heard back.

I called again Tuesday to confirm did I not have the correct email? I did just never got an email or call back!
A 2nd gal (Sandra) knew of the email and said if I could call back Wednesday ~ she would follow up with the supervisor. Now today I called back again, got the same gal and now they don't do that.....I quote is what she said. Completely felt brushed off however, Really ? A reputable plumbing company can't install a pedestal sink in a bathroom; that's odd but thank u for wasting my time Friday thru Wednesday.

I called early morning and I explained my problem and wanted to make sure it could be fix the same day. The admin said she would call when a tech was on their way, wow with in a hour they were here !
They came and check it out and I gave 5 stars for service reply call and Jason was great he explain what was wrong and how it was going to get fixed!!

Jason was the name of my service guy. He was on time, honest and upfront about what needed to be done. He priced matched me with no questions once I showed him a slightly lower wtitten estimate. The job was done quickly and clean. I will definitely use knights plumbing again and will ask for Jason.

Somehow I managed to break a piece in the toilet tank which lead to overwhelming flush of water continuously leaking out of the toilet. I had called two other company's prior to calling knights simply because they were the first two to pop up On my google search for a nearby plumber. While I held one piece of the toilet so it wouldn't overflow and my phone with another, I desperately asked for help. The first two plumbing companies dismissed me saying they had no one available to take my call and refused to give me advise over the phone. I then remembered we had used Knights in the past and called them. Sandra immediately guided me to turn off the water, which I had no clue about, immediately relieving me of a stressful situation. She then had a tech come out to me right away l. And when I had to reschedule for the next morning she was so courteous and understanding. Our tech Jason was effective, efficient, respectful and went above and beyond. Pricing was very fair and I signed up for their membership which gave me 15% discount today and for future visits, priority service calls, money towards service as well as an annual check up. Overall my experience with Sandra and Jason was excellent customer service. I am grateful the first two plumbers were jerks because I now know who to call for any plumbing needs. Fast and courteous service. We called for a leak at the water meter. From the time we called till finished was 4 hours. Glad today we have running water and no leaks. Rob was awesome at explaining the issue and got at fixed fast. Fantastic for a Sunday night. Thank you

What can I say about this company? First all they wanted to charge 100 dollars for doing nothing! I know I was told that before hand but 423.00 for a 20 minute job! Damn! And man Orlando's attitude wasn't great at all! He got upset because I called the office saying the price was ridiculous! After I told him why I can't call the office he went soft with me thinking I'm a softy! But the manager les offered us a discount of 25 dollars. Haha lol! Just to call the manufacturer for us to get the part was 125.00. All in all I got ripped off but if I didn't do the job he wanted to charge 99 dollars just to come so I had to go with it. But man $423. Not recommended. They are all on commission so they wanna charge up the ass! Once again don't go here!

Orlando came and fixed the leak at the water main to my rental property during the recent hot spell (10 days of over 100 degrees.) Professional, courteous, cleaned up after himself. Did not try to sell me on anything other than give me advice as to how to protect the pvc from getting damaged in the future. I've used Knights Plumbing before and I will probably use them again in the future (but I hope I won't need to). The reason for not giving 5 stars is because my appointment got bumped to the next day.
