After our home warranty failed to fix the problem of our backed up toilets and shower and then denied our claim because the plumbers they sent out said their were roots in the pipes that were passed the foundation of the home, we called Knights plumbing. Angie was so pleasant on the phone and booked Shane to come to our home that morning. Let me just say that Shane got there pretty quickly from Manteca. Prior to Shane's arrival, I was sent a text of Shane's picture so I knew what he looked like. I loved that! When Shane arrived, he got to work. He was professional (even wore shoe covers over his shoes to make sure to reduce dirt in my home. Shane gave us our payment options for the work. Shane was thorough, fixed most of the issues (there's still a slight issue in the shower, but it's an easy fix for us homeowners to complete). Shane also showed us that the backup in fact was NOT passed the foundation of the home and provided camera footage to back it up. Because of the customer service we received from Shane and Knights plumbing as a whole, we decided to pay the monthly membership fee, in order to get discounts for our future plumbing needd when necessary. I would recommend Knight's plumbing to anyone. We are pleased! Thanks Shane!

Shane did a whole house plumbing inspection and he was professional and friendly. I joined Kinights monthly membership service and honestly forgot all about they. They could have happily taken my money and went along but they called me to cash in in the member benefits. Shane was efficient and knowledgeable letting me know what to watch for go forward and avoid costly mistakes.

Wish I could give zero stars. Called Knights Plumbing. Didn't have hot water. Did some research and looked like a fairly easy repair, bad thermocouple called Knights because they left magnets on my fridge. Guy came out for $99.50, gave me two quotes: Option 1: repair, $1,394.57 option 2: new water heater, $3,196.56.

I ended up walking the guy out, tossed their magnets in the trash before he left, went to Ace Hardware right after, bought a new thermocouple for $13.63 and I have had hot water for over two weeks now.

Do the math - they quoted me 100 times my actual cost of repair. I know a lot of people that would have struggled with the decision to spend $1,394 and $3,196 - just awful that there are companies like this out there.

Be very careful and do some research. I save $1,200 on a $13 repair.

Good service but unreasonable prices. Was quoted $2.5-$6.6K for water heater parts & labor and ended up only spending only $1.5K through another vendor and its working just fine. Not sure what the mark up is for?
