So far they've replaced a main drain line, replaced our water heater, and they just left after successfully clearing yet another clog (1954 house...) It is nice to see the price go down because of our points!
Anyways they are trustworthy and show up fast! One time the owner even showed up when a particularly difficult situation arose. It is awesome to have a go-to plumbing team who's familiar with our home and all its ""quirks"".
