I was provided several options for a water heater which had quit the previous day. My questions were answered in terms a lay person could understand and with cost estimates.

We woke up to our water heater leaking all over our garage. Decided to call Knights Plumbing as they were listed on the water heater itself. So glad we did! They were able to help us with in an hour of our call. Jason and his associate (we didn't catch his name) came and took a look at the issue...long story short we had to replace the unit. Both Jason and his associate were polite and courteous. I couldn't believe that they were able to replace our water heater right than and there and not have us wait for another appointment to get everything done. We are extremely happy with the service we received and will definitely recommend this company to others.

Knights Plumbing stands behind their work - 100%! We are satisfied customers. Victor arrived on time and he was very professional and very kind/caring. He got the job done, though we had a question/concern after, but we were just VERY thankful & relieved that it didn't end up needing a more costly repair quoted. We were invited after the service, by text, to contact the manger Les directly with any concerns. So, we contacted Les to complement the GREAT service we had received (from office staff, to the tech Victor who came out) and to ask if the concern we had was indeed handled correctly, or not. Turns out it wasn't. However, Les made it right - above and beyond - and we are left totally happy! We will call Knights Plumbing again, if/when needed, and we have no problem referring this company to others! A+ service, stands behind what they do, responsive, caring, and you just don't receive those things often, now-a-days! Thank you!
