Weston assessed the issue as well as identified one that could cause problems moving forward and handled it quickly and efficiently. His assistant/trainee Shawn followed and watched. I am very happy with the service, professionalism and knowledge displayed. They will definitely be my 'go to' for plumbing problems.

These guys were great. Yesterday evening, we noticed our kitchen sink had some water leaking, and found that the disposal was just leaking anytime water went through it. Called Knights and they were able to get us a tech (Weston and his apprentice) scheduled today, who was easily able to tell us what needed to be done and gave us a fair quote. They fixed not only the leaky disposal with a replacement but were able to check out another small leak we've had (Shower dripping - needed new cartridge). They were courteous, friendly and professional. Reasonable pricing, as it's not something I felt comfortable doing on my own.

We will be calling them back in the future with some other plumbing projects we have that we want to get done.

2nd time calling on Knight's Plumbing. I scheduled for service online and received a call within 15 minutes to schedule service. Less than an hour later I had a service tech team at my house to fix two slow filling toilets. Within 30 minutes both toilets were fixed. Jason was fast, friendly, efficient and professional. Couldn't ask for better service! Call Knights Plumbing, you won't regret it!

When I called Simpson Plumbing, no one answered and I had to either leave a message or book an appointment online. When booking online, an appointment was not available for 2 weeks. My situation was not too urgent so I booked it. When the guy came, he wrongly assessed the problem and said they would email me an estimate. Two weeks later, I never heard from them again. When I called Knight's, a pleasant lady answered and set me up with a next day appointment. They continued communicating with me until their techs arrived. Robert was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem (which was fairly significant) in about 90 minutes. They did a FANTASTIC job and made me feel valued and cared for through the whole process. I would highly recommend Knight's and NOT Simpson.

These company has people who know what they hired to do and do it quickly and professionally. We all know that dreadful feeling when you see water leaking from the water heater. I called early the next morning, less than 2 hours later there tech was here. Pricing out of the way within 2 hours the job was done hot water restored. Nice thanks.

Robert and Victor arrived when the office said they would. Pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable in their work. Replaced a kitchen ""P-trap"", tested it and left. Took less than 30 minutes. I would recommend Knights Plumbing to everyone and will certainly use them again if the need arises. Thank you Robert and Victor!

Our toilet had a slight leak so we called Plumbing Knight. The plumbing technician (NOT A PLUMBER) showed up on time and was courteous and professional.
He said we needed a new seal and the charge would be $340! We were dumbfounded.
I asked for a breakdown of parts and labor and he said he couldn't give me that-I would need to call the office. I called the office and was told they only had set charges but we would have a 5-year guarantee.
I asked what their call was for a diagnosis - I believe the charge was $140.
Because we were having company, we had it fixed and paid what we felt was an exorbitant charge
A week later, the toilet leaked again and they did come out and fix it
I called 2 other local plumbers to ask their charge to pull the toilet, put on a new seal, and replace the toilet. Both quoted me $150. Shame on me for not checking around!
