Our toilets overflowed and flooded our bedroom. Armando came out explained the work he would be doing and and performed the repairs. Unfortunately he found collapsed piping and will need to replace. Armando clearly explained the next steps and presented the quote. we are very satisfied with the services provided thus far and will continue to work with knights plumbing in the future

I rent a home and over the weekend the master bathroom sink and toilet started having problems. My landlord contacted this company Monday morning and they were at the house by 1pm.

I really liked the text notification system that shows a picture of the technician who is arriving and what time they will arrive. It's helps to make you feel safe and plan your day.

The technicians were very friendly, professional and did a great job resolving the problem. They were very conscientious about about the flooring when they were bringing equipment in and out of the house.

We had an emergency leak that we found on the Friday following thanksgiving. I have seen the Knights Plumbing trucks in our area so I decided to call them. I'm so glad that I did. The office staff is so friendly and very helpful. I described the situation to the office person and she was able to get Victor out to our house shortly after my call. Upon his arrival, he saw that the leak required the water to be fully shut off. Since our neighbors have our water shut off valve, we had to get Public Works out there to shut the water off. It wasn't until that moment when I was having the most trouble. I was unable to get assistance from Public Works and spent 2 hours trying to figure out what I needed to do. The Knights Plumbing office person was so kind and decided to call me to check up on the status of my water being turned off so that Victor could go back to my house. I was extremely stressed out and she and Victor offered to get the matter resolved themselves. Victor called me back 10 minutes later and had asked the Public Works gentleman that he had currently been working with on a job around the corner from us to stop by our house when he was finished with that job. We are so grateful that they decided to go above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The Public Works gentleman was also extremely nice and very helpful. He informed us that the leak was not technically an emergency situation and told us we can wait until Monday after the holiday rush to get this matter resolved. Since we really appreciated Victors help, we decided to wait until Monday when we knew Victor could come back. We will definitely be using Knights Plumbing in the future for all of our plumbing needs.

Armando and Jason did such a great job! We really appreciate them coming very quickly. I asked their servicer if they have someone available ASAP and they delivered. Our sink were draining upwards when we used the garbage disposal. It goes back up and our dishwasher ended clogging. If it doesn't drain, it just stays on top of the sink. On top of that our first floor bathroom were clogged d/t accumlation of year worth's hair. They were very informative and they were effective and efficient. We love their work!! I highly recommend them.

Knights Pluming staff came out quickly. They assessed the damage and able to complete the job. The said our water heater was not up to code, they completed that job and took care of the the water damage problem the next day. Unfortunately it did cost me quite a bit of $$$. Both staff were friendly and explained what they were doing. Kudos to Weston and his co-worker that that came out.

Wow!! Just wow! My sink got clogged, I called the office and they had someone with in 20 min in my house. Great customer service, effective communication, professional. Our tech Gobler Pineda was punctual, and very professional. He explained what happens and why my si k got clogged, how to prevent future issues and told me about their membership services and offerings without any pressure or anything. My sink was back to work with in an hour after I placed my initial call. Great job guys!!
