I called them up when I was in a bind because my shower was draining slowly. The plumber came by and he was great, he assessed the situation and even crawled underneath the house to determine the stoppage. They were courteous enough to inform me that this was actually the city's responsibility because the blockage was on their side of the line and not mine.

What I didn't like was that the company charges you $100 fee to come out and give an estimate. If you agree to the work, they subtract the $100 from the overall cost of the job. Well there was no job to do as the city took care of it yet I still paid $100.

I'd advise shopping around for another plumber on Yelp that will give free estimates. I chose them because they were highly reviewed on Yelp but $100 is a $100.

Jason was great! On time, friendly, went out of his way to find an alternative for my downstairs sink faucet replacement. Was a bit pricy but that wasn't within his control. I would have him back to do work anytime.

Knights Plumbing & Drain are always available near same day whenever we call. Whitney & Gene expertly work their scheduling/dispatching magic. Orlando & Jason are always professional, efficient and do the work right the first time. They're never rushed nor drag it out. They arrive, asses, do the work, (never having to go to Home Depot or Lowe's for a part because their trucks are so well stocked), write up the work order and go. As a Royalty Club member the discounts are worth it especially if you have a lot of work to be done and like that work to be guaranteed.

Called them and they told me they would have a tech follow up. I had to call them again to see when they were going to come out to our house for plumbing issues. Then I still did not get a follow up call to a apt that I had scheduled. Terrible customer service!!

Called Knight's today to get a quote on replacing an old garbage disposal that was leaking. Purchased a new one on Amazon so just needed it installed...so I thought. Jason G. was dispatched to my house and was very prompt and was able to give me the estimate within minutes. However, he added that my plumbing configuration was all wrong and that he could fix this as well. I was not expecting this financially, but it needed to be corrected so I agreed to have him do the work. He got right to work on replacing the disposal and correcting the plumbing configuration. He was in and out in about an hour. No more leaks! Love these guys and glad I found them.

After my wife did her research on Yelp. It was decided to give knights a all. The person on the other end the other end of the phone told my wife the plumber would be with us shortly (he was coming from Tracy). 20 minutes later, Jason arrived to assist us with our plumbing issue. Jason was very professional as he listened to what I did to try and fix the problem. Jason was quick to jump in to fix the problem. After several attempts to snake the drain didn't rectify the problem. It was time to pull out the big guns (hydro-jet). After a lil work our blocked drain bag an draining. During the entire process Jason advised me what was going on and that our issue was due to excessive grease buildup.

Before Jason left, he fixed a cracked pipe I managed to do while I was trying to self fix the problem. I will definitely use this company again! If my friends ever need a plumber. I'll tell them about my experience with this company. Keep up the great work!

Thought I'll give this company a try after seeing all the positive reviews on Yelp, but after wasting two days on scheduling for service repairs on my parent's water heater I should have just looked elsewhere from the beginning. First day, I called and spoke with Gene at the office to schedule me in for the repairs. He went over their service fee of $99.50, 100% guarantee, polices, and said he'll call me as soon as somebody was available to come out. Never got a call and I followed up the next day with Michelle. She did not see that I was scheduled at all, but did recall hearing Gene talk to me. She had no explanation what had happened, but rescheduled me in for the day. I decided to give them another chance... Mid afternoon, I received a call from Gene, but didn't get to the phone in time, however I called right back. Literally it was less than a minute after the miss call. He answers and said that unfortunately he had sent the technician already to another job because I missed his call. I don't understand how that was even possible when he was leaving me a voice mail at the same time I was calling him back since I could hear my incoming call beeping in the voicemail when I was listening to it afterwards. Talking to him on the phone he proceeded to ask what was the make and model of my water heater. At the time I did not know as I was calling for my parents. He then informs me that they do not do repairs for all models since they are only contracted to buy parts for certain ones. WHY weren't I informed of this from the beginning?? After being told they possibly would not be able to come out for another day... I was done with this company. It became apparent to me that they didn't want to waste their time on a customer that they may not be able to make money off due to a unit they might not be able service. If you're looking for honest and great customer service, then steer clear of Knights Plumbing.

Have to leave another raving fan review of Knights plumbing. We discovered a huge leak in our spare bathroom today and needed it fixed today. My wife called Knight's but told them she had to be gone by 1:00 this afternoon.

Jason from Knight's came by near 11:30and had my wife on her way by 12:15. Sink rep-plumbed and better than its original state.

Awesome service. Orlando came out as soon as I was off work on Monday to unplug my kitchen sink. Orlando went above and beyond what he was called out to do and was extremely polite and helpful with every question I asked. And even gave me advise on some future fixes I might need and to contact my landlord first so I wouldn't be charged for it. Will be using their service again if needed.

We had an issue with our drains. We called Knights at about 5 and the plumber came right out. He stayed until about 9 pm and made sure the project was done right. We were so grateful for the prompt and complete service! Will definitely call them again if we have another plumbing issue
