Excellent on-time service. Called another business to help with a plumbing issue. When they failed to show up, I called Knight's (tried to call them initially but their phone service was down). Speedy service at a very affordable cost. Could not be more satisfied with their work.

Knight's was a lifesaver today! I came home late last night to a tripped breaker on my AC unit and thus an extremely warm home. Called Knights at 7am this morning; by 8:30 they were at my house and at 9:15 problem was solved and AC works like new! Ralph and the younger gentleman with him (sorry can't remember his name) were both highly courteous and professional. Thank you so much for the amazingly prompt and effective service, and I will kindly recommend your company to anyone I can.

Installed a new HVAC system and needed knights to come do a vaccu um leak test and refridgerant charge. They told us it would be a weeks wait and put us on the schedule. A week came and they called and said they scheduled us with the wrong department and we would need to be moved to the back of the line and start all over. Not happy to say the least and as a business owner myself, this is not how you do it. A correct reply would have been apologizing for the mistake and getting someone out asap. This is the kind of thing that happens when businesses get too big and lose their appreciation for the ones that put food on their workers tables.

I was charged 75 for a plumber to come out and tell me that the plumbing is fine and the problem is with the new dishwasher. I called Home Depot to have someone sent out to check only the dishwasher. No issues. SO I called a different plumber and paid them 90 to find the issue... a shredded plastic fork in the disposal. Had Knight's really looked into the plumbing, this could have been solved a month earlier and 90 dollars less out of pocket. The Knight's plumber was not friendly either. This was all too stressful.

I had a huge puddle in my front yard from a water pipe leak, and I called some friends who've lived here a long time for plumbing recommendations. Both the plumbers who were recommended could not fix it the day I called, and the friends I asked said Knight's Mechanical would do a good job, but hesitated to recommend them because I would overpay. They estimated I'd have to pay about 300 to get it fixed. I bit the bullet and gave them a call, and they were able to come out within 2 hours. 2 guys fixed it in about an hour (the hardest part was digging about 3 three feet down in my front yard). I was charged $177.50. The friends said they were surprised I got charged so little. Since Knight's fixed it very quickly, and I was charged less than I thought it would cost, I was quite pleased.
