In all fairness, they do good work and the plumbers are professional and competent.

However, my experience after calling them for 3 issues is they over-commit to service requests and leave you hanging not knowing if they will ever do the work. I had to hound them to get them to my house. Otherwise, they have no apparent concern for whatever urgency you might have.

Bottom line, if you call them, force them to commit to a specific time/date to complete the work and if they won't, then contact another plumber. I'm selling my home and won't have the opportunity to make this mistake again -- but buyer, beware.

Came out to ""fix"" a leak. Spent all of 30 minutes. Next day the pipe leaked again, they came back out and wanted another $350 to fix what they missed the first time.

Avoid these scam artists at all costs.

We had an emergency water heater need. Our old one had exploded the prior day after business hours. We used Yelp to find reviews. We are glad we found Knighton! We were going to have it repaired but Kelly checked into the matter and showed us a few more problems we had not expected. Upon further investigations we found the tank to be quite corroded, full of gunk, and in for more costly repairs. Probably within the same week it was so bad. So as soon as we made the decision to replace the entire system he called Matt to see if he was able to help. He came right away from another job. What would've been a short repair turned out to be more than we or they knew. They were very friendly throughout and spent the entire afternoon helping us. They have customers for life with us. They saved a lot of headaches, future problems, and money. Other companies stated they couldn't be out here for days.

I had a basement drain that was clogged. Called Knighton and they came out the same day. Kelly was extremely professional and had the drain unclogged quickly. Very reasonably priced. I will happily use them again.

Excellent sameday service! Called at 730am about leaky kitchen plumbing and new sink disposal replacement. Arrived at 930am and was done by 11am. Repairman was very respectful, professional and quick to diagnose and repair. No upcharge for installing a new disposal that I previously purchased from Costco. Cost of leak fix and install was a bargin compared with my original DIY intentions and likely failures and frustrations. These guys are 1st on my list to call again with ANY plumbing needs!!!

Same day service, which in itself is awesome! Jason and Carter were prompt, gave me a 10 min out text, very clean cut and wearing booties. They were very up front with what repairs were going to be, cost, and even pre-bid out some future work we'll need done. We'll definitely be calling them again when we're ready for round 2. Very happy with Knighton!

We just had Kelly from Knighton Plumbing out to fix a DIY job gone wrong. He was professional, courteous and quick. He had our kitchen sink back in working order in an hour -- and I should also mention this was a last-minute request made on Monday the same week. Next time we have plumbing issues we'll be calling Kelly instead of trying to DIY. Thank you!

Phoned up on a Friday and scheduled an assessment for ""Monday or Tuesday"". Never called back to schedule anything so I thought they might just show up. I tried to call on Tuesday afternoon, nobody answers. I leave a message but hey you guessed it no call. I prefer giving business to local companies but when I give you two days to show and I get nada, no call, no show up, no help at all. I don't think I can work with a company that takes such a low view of customers. I don't like people to waste my time.

Kelly was very professional and knowledgeable in his work. He came by to fix my heater and expansion tank. Unfortunately, our rental property had to cancel the job due to a warranty issue. It was very unfortunate to have wasted his time, his company and mines as well, and as frustrating as this situation was for me and my family, he was very professional and became concerned for us. I had told him we had no water to shower for over 24 hours and he was nice enough to fix our pipes so we could atleast get water pressure through our home. Someone going over and beyond for our family deserves extra Kudos! Thank you!
