Phoned up on a Friday and scheduled an assessment for ""Monday or Tuesday"". Never called back to schedule anything so I thought they might just show up. I tried to call on Tuesday afternoon, nobody answers. I leave a message but hey you guessed it no call. I prefer giving business to local companies but when I give you two days to show and I get nada, no call, no show up, no help at all. I don't think I can work with a company that takes such a low view of customers. I don't like people to waste my time.

Kelly was very professional and knowledgeable in his work. He came by to fix my heater and expansion tank. Unfortunately, our rental property had to cancel the job due to a warranty issue. It was very unfortunate to have wasted his time, his company and mines as well, and as frustrating as this situation was for me and my family, he was very professional and became concerned for us. I had told him we had no water to shower for over 24 hours and he was nice enough to fix our pipes so we could atleast get water pressure through our home. Someone going over and beyond for our family deserves extra Kudos! Thank you!

These guys are fantastic. We needed a water heater replaced that was under warranty through Lowe's. Knighton pulled the old one out and took it to Lowe's with me so I could get it exchanged. The work they did was perfect. I only wished we had bought the first one from them. I also needed a cartridge replaced in the tub. There was a cheap Chinese knock off cartridge in there. It took the guys a couple extra hours with specialty pullers to get it out. Everything works great now and the price, service and professionalism can't be beat. They'll be our plumbers for life.

Jason with Knighton Plumbing replaced our kitchen sink. He arrived when he said he would, was knowledgable and friendly. He worked quick and had the job done in under two hours. I was impressed with the work that he did and was pleased that the bill was less than the original estimate. If I have plumbing needs in the future, I will call these guys.

These guys are fabulous! My rental had a leak that I was notified about over the weekend and they made it out there Monday afternoon! Jason is incredibly knowledgeable. They bid it in about a half an hour, and then were done in another hour. I was so impressed with how fast and professional they were. They were very nice and answered all my questions. Definitely earned a ""go-to"" spot in my phone book!!

Our 14-year old 40-gallon water heater started to leak Friday evening. Found Knighton Plumbing on here and saw the great reviews. Called and scheduled a replacement for Monday. Jason showed up on time. He gave me several options and was very straightforward about the replacement. Unlike other plumbers, he wasn't pushing hard to upswell us on anything else. He had multiple options and we picked out what worked best for us. A new 50-gallon water heater with new expansion tank. An upgraded gas delivery pipe to cope with the less-than-stellar natural gas we have in Utah. And some earthquake straps. All in all it came to just over $1700. A better price than what the plumbers who advertise on the radio give. And without all the high-pressure to up sell us on something else. Jason was very friendly. He had brought along a new employee and was teaching him how to properly replace the water heater. They were both very professional. In addition to replacing the hot water heater he also gave us advice on how to improve the longevity of the heater. I would definitely recommend Knighton Plumbing.

Called for a low water pressure problem. They were here within 2 hours and had it fixed 30 minutes later. You can't ask for more than that.

Years ago I called Knighton Plumbing at 9pm on Sunday night to fix my botched do-it-yourself pressure regulator replacement.

It was an after hours, unscheduled call and at the time only added $50.00 to the bill. I thought that was very reasonable indeed.

I have been very pleased with the price and work of Knighton Plumbing from replacing the faucets for my cloths washer, replacing my water heater, fixed toilet, and installing an exterior sump pump.

Mr. Jason Knighton has always freely provided professional advice and helped me save money when he could have been like other dishonest plumbers (Smedlys) and recommended work that didn't need to be done.

On the time Jason was scheduled to fix a toilet issue for me, he brought one of is young sons with him. He had asked if it would be okay as his wife wasn't able to watch him at the time. I thought it was a little weird but don't blame Jason even if he was a little distracted on the repairs he was doing.
