Moe is very knowledgeable! We have called him over almost 3 times now and each time he has come in with experience and gave us advice that was very helpful! He gets the job done and does it well! We had him help with some toilet valves, kitchen faucets and some leaks around the place. Overall it's valuable for us!

Highly recommended. Friendly and professional. Moe arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and gave a couple of options for how to remedy it. While under the sink, he noticed a cap on a pipe was missing and went above and beyond to fish it out of the wall cavity where a less conscientious worker had apparently dropped it. After clearing the drain, Moe also cleaned up the debris which had backed up into the tub from our own previous attempts to clear the drain. Much appreciated!

Moe saved us from a super shi***y day...literally. We woke up to find that both toilets were leaking, and if the bath/shower was run, sewage was backing up. I saw the reviews for Knight Rooter and dialed the number, only to realize the business was located in Bothell. I assumed SeaTac was too far and hung up. Moe immediately called back, got info on the problem, and said he'd be at our house shortly. All the other folks I had reached out to offered next-day service only. An hour after my initial call, the issue was resolved.

We live in a heavily wooded area, and a giant root system was blocking our septic tank, causing the backup. Moe's pricing was fair, work was excellent, and the fact that he was able to assist us so quickly meant that our sunny Sunday was only partially disrupted. There is a reason that Moe has a perfect 5-star rating on Yelp. Do not hesitate to give him a call, even if you live on the south end like me.

I had several areas of my concrete/tile pipe with severe root intrusion.

Moe( the owner) came and scoped and jetting the pipe clean. What I liked about Moe was that he saw several small root strands that did not obstruct the pipe but he jetted the strands any way.

I would recommend knight rooter and I will be using them in the future. Especially for annual maintenance
