Should have paid more attention to comments - called Knight, prices are 25% higher than most - over $1600 spent and problem NOT solved - company agreed to credit $250 since initial visit @ $410 did not solve problem - then second service did not solve - got a quote to do what they suggest for almost another $4,000 - declined their ""service"" - and am hoping I get a check for the $250 they said they'd allow --- live & learn. Even though work didn't solve the problem, the workers were friendly.
I had this company go out and redo the sewer line in one of our properties, a little while later the ground started sinking in around the line. I contacted them and had them check the line for leaking. They said it was fine and that we would have to fill in with dirt. I feel like this should be their problem to fix as they didn't pack the hole correctly. This is going to be a big problem and hassle to fix as I don't have access to any equipment to move dirt around.
It was like Beavis and Butthead bought a snake and called themselves plumbers.

I'm not even sure what to say. Literally. I called Knight Plumbing today to check to see if they received the request from my warranty company. This was the actual conversation:
""Hello, Knight Plumbing""
""Hi. I have been having a plumbing problem and was just calling to see if you've received the paperwork from the warranty company because I haven't received an email back from them yet. Just wanted to double check.""
The woman sighed. Heavily. Her tone dripped with annoyance. ""Well, I don't know who you are, or who your warranty company is."" She was obviously disgusted I called.
""Do you want me to give you the information?""
""No. We're 3 weeks to a month booked out and those warranty companies don't even ask. They don't even ask! They just assign random people and expect us to handle it.""
""Ok but isn't that something you sign up for with them and have a contract saying that?""
""No""
""Ok so I'm just trying to find out what I need to do now.""
""Well, the first thing you can do is...when you call somebody and ask them if they got your claim is to GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION"".
""I was trying to. You literally started screaming at me from the time I called.""
""I AM NOT SCREAMING. I AM NOT SCREAMING! GOOD LUCK WITH THAT STUPID WARRANTY COMPANY! I AM NOT SCREAMING!!""

I gave this one star only for the tech Shane who fixed my water pipe very quickly. Its customer service is worst. Charged me $525 for the service, I called them and was told it's $450 after 10 percent off, but the girl told me that she would call me back, 5 minutes later, she called me back and told me $525 was the correct price after the discount. I was shocked because $525 is the price what Shane told me before he started the work. I paid right away via the phone, but I didn't get my recipe after at least 2 weeks, so I called back and the lady on the phone was cold attitude and not patient at all. Nerver hire them again before they hire professional.
I had scheduled a 2 hour block with Knight Plumbing to review an issue. The plumbers never showed and didn't inform me of any issues which might delay them. I followed up and called them-person on the phone didn't know where the plumbers were. I mentioned that my time is valuable too and that I understand situations come up but that when situations do come up to simply communicate them to me. The person then started becoming defensive and argumentative-I then hung up. Am moving on to someone else.
We had a bidet we wanted to install on our toilet. This company was very eager and quick and gave us a reasonable bid. They had it installed same day! The customer service was especially impressive.
Cliff C.A very nice young man came out to fix our sink. It was the flangers that was leaking. We understood it was covered with our home serve policy. The young man came in with the part and said this isn't covered. I asked how much and was told $225.00. I said no way I will do the job myself. He went to his truck to leave. I was headed out to get my tools and he ran up and said he was wrong his boss said it was covered. ??? not sure if it was a mistake or a ploy to get more money. It took him less than 10 minutes to replace the parts. ???
Kelsey R.Called Knight Plumbing after being quoted by another company for main sewer line replacement. They ended up quoting us literally HALF the price as the previous company we worked with. They got us scheduled in quickly, started work on time, did great quality work, and the entire team was respectful, thorough, trustworthy, and got the job done right away on our 80+ yr home. Absolutely recommend them for any job large or small (especially older, east/north end Boise homes)! Thank you for a seamless and quality job well done!
