Knight plumbing is an excellent plumbing business. Denise, the office dispatcher, efficiently helped set up the appointment and was very knowledgeable about how to repair the problem in my bathroom. She help me understand what to expect. When I had a chance to talk with Jeremy, the plumber, he gave me a clear run through on how he planned to repair the toilet leak. He did a fine job.

Expensive! The technician and phone person were pleasant. They came on time. They fixed the problem. But I felt they overcharged. We needed a tub cartridge replaced. They changed $450. According to several internet searches this was too much. But once they were here I knew I had to pay $85 for the service fee no matter what, so I felt stuck. I won't use them again.

To replace garbage disposal and kitchen faucet (standard, nothing fancy) for $1050. They were willing to come down to $960. I paid them $85 for the service charge and sent them on their way. I could never recommend a company like this. They might do good work, if you want to pay and arm and an leg.
I wish I would of read all these reviews on what they charge, I would of never considered them in the 1st place. Yelp and Next Door is where I am seeing these bad reviews.
The Good reviews are probably dummy reviews, that are friends and family, so I wouldn't trust the one's giving them 5 stars.

Showed up early, were nice, but unable to diagnose due to inadequate equipment. Paid $85 to be told to get a better plumber, essentially. Just FYI they cannot do smoke tests to diagnose leaky vents.

Worst customer service ever. They are not particularly affordable, either. Their technician was not able to receive payment at the time of services, then sent an invoice stating it would have a link to pay that did not contain the link. They then attempted to charge interest on payment that was not received after a check that I was forced to mail them disappeared. As a business owner, I can say that not being able to receive payment from a customer three different times is not a good look. There are plenty of other plumbers in Denver who can provide the same quality of service, if not better, and know how to use a credit card reader. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

I need to share with EVERYONE how amazingly awesome Knight Plumbing is. Seriously - we were in a bind and they saved the day! If you need someone friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and just a really good person, then Kelley of Knight Plumbing is the way to go.

Here's the deal: We were getting a new fridge delivered and the install dudes claimed we couldn't use the shut-off valve in our basement and we had to have a plumber install one behind our fridge. These dudes were going to dump our new fridge in the garage and run away. Frantically, I went online and searched for plumber recommendations. And that's when I discovered the Holy Grail of Plumbers: Kelley of Knight Plumbing.
I called, spoke with Kelley and explained what was going on. He went above & beyond and came over lickety-split...super long story short, Kelley saved the day! He is seriously a hero in our house. Call him. He is awesome. I recommend him!!

Arrived on time...that is all I can say positive on this experience, novice pair arrived with muddy boots and I had to asked several times to get foot covers on. Basic drain back up that they worked on for well over an hour and gave up, stating they could not perform the service as they would have to go in from the roof vent stack! They left and we called another contractor whom had it operative in under 20 minutes and with clean shoes....be careful here.
