If I could give this company a zero I would. First, off they are completely under staffed. They are very slow at providing service once they take your money and then tell you they are under staffed. One of the employees is a drug user and claims to be 6 months clean . Once I found this out i called the owner Eugene and explained that I do not want drug users working on my property . The owner also told me they are under staffed and this person was the only option. Long story short I requested my money back which took days and days to get back . I had to threaten to go to court which I had my lawyer on stand by to do so. Bad service. I do not recommend this company they are all over the place . Very disorganized group.

The plumber that came to our house, Dakota, is a conscientious and efficient man.
He came to fix our prv and when shutting off water, our shut off valve broke as well
He handled the whole situation greatly and efficiently

Richard was professional. He fixed a clogged sink in our bathroom, left the bathroom clean, and charged us the low end of his quote. Really nice guy, highly recommend!
