I have used this company several times now and I am forever a customer of theirs. Their emoloyees are competent, knowledgeable and professional. I recently had my hot water heater go bad, so I called and was told they would have it replaced that day no matter what time because I was a customer. They were out within 2 hours and had it replaced in no time. I used them for a sump pump and line issue. I've tried other local companies (and I'll refrain from mentioning the names) that price by their book and they are outrageously overpriced. This company seems to be competitive in their pricing and trustworthy. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Life saver!! On a day that's 5 F degrees, my well water stop pumping... We are new to this area, and we weren't sure where to turn until my wife remembered seeing your trucks around Doylestown. Quick check online for ratings and we called your service at around 9 am.....

'we will have someone after lunch around 12 to 2pm to assess your situation......'

Adam showed up 1:45pm... in his nice shoes... he wasn't even working today... he knew right away where to look and what to fix... water started flowing after a quick part swap...

I am new to well water system. so while he was here, I peppered him with bunch of questions on the system and he answered all of them.

Very friendly and accommodating. Top-quality work. So, I highly recommend them. Would have given 5 stars except they overcharged for labor time. The worker was here 40 minutes and charged 2 hours. When I called to complain, they took off half an hour so I still was overcharged.

Veteran's Day fell on a Saturday and our hot water heater burst, and the best thing that happened was that our regular plumber couldn't come out to replace it for a week.

Kniese's Plumbing was selected somewhat randomly to come out and replace the water heater and also add an expansion tank. Priority scheduling of the same day service was an additional $100 (which was great!).

Two guys arrived 20 minutes earlier than scheduled and had the new heater and expansion tank installed and the old crap removed within 3 hours. They were professional, knowledgeable, incredibly experienced and answered all our questions with the certainty of having done this dozens of times already.

Kniese's has become our new ""regular plumber"" and I would most enthusiastically recommend them to anyone in the Bucks County area.

I called late morning today and they were here three hours later!! for a non emergency. The woman that answered the phone was so pleasant and the man that arrived was polite and friendly. I forgot how good amazing service feels. Will never call anyone else.

They were recommended by a neighbor when I was thinking of a water softener. The
service was excellent, on time, and polite. When I had an issue with the softener later,
(the electric went out), the owner came to fix it and charged me half, as it was a simple fix.

I've since had an outdoor faucet put on, and again, on time and polite service.

I have used Knieses several times -most recently in Feb 2017 to hook up my water line to the fridge. They did a good job - very pleasant plumber who was done quickly and the price was very reasonable.

I moved to Doylestown a year ago, so I'm still trying to find out where are the independent grassroots businesses. These guys are great. The gentlemen helped guide me through my issue and gave me what I needed. Their service and knowledge went way beyond that of a big box store, and their prices are competitive. This reminds me of the places I would go to with my father when we were working on projects. You don't see them that often. Nice job fellas.
