I requested they install new shower/ tub plumbing which they did. I also asked them to check and fix my slowly filling toilet tank, which they did. I did not ask them pull my toilet and reinstall it. I have 2 wax rings and 1 flush handle in my storage area and now will be charged for both along with labor for a job I did not want.
They used clear caulk around the base of the toilet. There must have been dirt from where the toilet sat. That was definitely not there earlier as I cleaned the floor prior to their arrival. So now I have visible filth covered with silicone. They ran a water hose to my toilet through my tile. Tile chips over the floor and no flange around the opening.

I needed a shut-off valve replaced and never had to use a plumber before so I was going by reviews. Glad I did. I e-mailed Kniese's, they emailed back right away requesting a picture of the valve, gave me an estimate and had someone out in a week. The guy who came was very nice and efficient. I expected a big chunk of my day ruined with this plumbing issue and I think he was in and out in about an hour. The price was lower than I expected too. I hope I never need to call a plumber again, but if I do, it will be Kniese's, and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Very happy.

So my hot water heater died today, March 3, 2021, at the tender age of 4 years. I went to the basement and found water leaking from every connected pipe and seal from the top of the water heater.

I called Kniese's immediately at about 1:45 p.m. A team of two was at my door by 2:30 p.m. They were loading the old hot water heater into their van to leave at exactly 3:30 p.m.

The two guys were polite, efficient and respectful of my home, my family, my dog and this COVID world we live in. All of which was appreciated. They worked quickly and quietly (like everyone else, I work from home on numerous video calls all day long).

The clean up was excellent and they were in and out in a flash.

In an emergency - these guys! Thank you Kniese's Plumbing!

I had another plumber in here this morning for a shower that was running pretty heavily. He couldn't stop the water and told me he would come back with a part during the week. I had previously called Kniese's but we hadn't made contact because my phone was misbehaving. So the plumber from Kniese's shows up at my door unexpected, stops the running water, replaces the broken part, and goes as if it were nothing. And now my shower is fixed and I don't have to pay for losing water over the next few days! Thank you!

Simply THE BEST! Look no further for a professional, honest and reasonable plumbing service. Had a burst pipe that was spewing water. They came out right away. They couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. They fixed everything quickly and made the repair better than the original fixture. I was pleasantly shocked at how reasonable the bill was, considering how I've obviously been extorted in the past by other unscrupulous plumbers who take advantage of your desperation when plumbing issues arise. I live in a 100+ year old house and unfortunately sometimes have plumbing issues. No more worries about who to call. These guys are my plumbers for life!

I have used this company several times now and I am forever a customer of theirs. Their emoloyees are competent, knowledgeable and professional. I recently had my hot water heater go bad, so I called and was told they would have it replaced that day no matter what time because I was a customer. They were out within 2 hours and had it replaced in no time. I used them for a sump pump and line issue. I've tried other local companies (and I'll refrain from mentioning the names) that price by their book and they are outrageously overpriced. This company seems to be competitive in their pricing and trustworthy. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Life saver!! On a day that's 5 F degrees, my well water stop pumping... We are new to this area, and we weren't sure where to turn until my wife remembered seeing your trucks around Doylestown. Quick check online for ratings and we called your service at around 9 am.....

'we will have someone after lunch around 12 to 2pm to assess your situation......'

Adam showed up 1:45pm... in his nice shoes... he wasn't even working today... he knew right away where to look and what to fix... water started flowing after a quick part swap...

I am new to well water system. so while he was here, I peppered him with bunch of questions on the system and he answered all of them.
