These guys are scam artists, I was quoted a price on the phone to switch out the internals on three toilets, a fairly basic job. The price quoted was a little over $600. When he plumbers showed up the estimate was $900 When I questioned the price the 'technician' said the price I was quoted never happened, basically calling me a liar in my own home! I told them 'hell to the no!' And sent them on their way and then they sat in their truck in front of my house for about 20mins. and then came and knocked on my door again with a new reduced price for the service which was still way too high. I called Jensen Plumbing and they came out and only charged $75 a toilet to do the job, quite a significant savings.

Very impressed with this company. They came out and replaced my broken outdoor faucet and resealed with no issues. Great customer service and significantly better price than I was quoted by another company. They also came out the same day. What else could you ask for?

Finding a good plumber can be rather difficult, and I am so glad that we found Knee Deep Plumbing. Michael and Nate absolutely knocked it out of the park. (We had a leak in both our kitchen and a bathroom.)

I was on the phone with our home warranty program for 1.5 hours (we had to get approval after an estimate was given, but this had nothing to do with KDP, it was all our home warranty program). Michael and Nate were incredibly patient the entire time, and kept reassuring me that it wasn't a bother and to do what I needed to do. I know next to nothing about plumbing, and they explained what they were doing in a super easy way to understand and answered all my questions. Not only was their work thorough and quality and had patience beyond measure with the wait time due to our warranty company, but they were also so kind to my kids and puppy!

We will without a doubt be using Knee Deep Plumbing exclusively from here on out. Thank you again to Michael and Nate for an outstanding job!

Cuyler with Knee Deep Plumbing is a solid plumbing contractor. Sue is a persistent office manager. Both are great to work with, and look forward to more in the future. Cuyler's quality in workmanship is solid, clean, and organized. We installed a whole house water purification system in the garage, and he took the time to make sure everything was installed the correct way. He showed up in the morning when it was bright, and he left in the evening when it was dark. He still spent additional time making sure all parts of the system were in good operating condition. Overall, a great experience, solid workmanship.

Communication was horrible. I received 3 different invoices with 2 being after the work had been done. I received a message that they would arrive at noon and when i got home a crew had been there and left my front and garage door open. lizards in the house and A/C running like crazy. they are probably fine for a small job but take my experience and go with another company if you have anything large. I tried to stay with a local company but struck out here.

I am a fan and I have high standards of who I give my money to. From the start, their communication was excellent. The booker called me immediately to say she was away from the office and her scheduler but she wanted me to know she received the call and she would call back in the morning since it wasn't an emergency. She did and we communicated well each step of the way. The plumbers came out and were conscientious, professional, and polite. They also communicated each step of the way if they found an issue. They handled the jobs (toilet replacement, disposal replacement, and outdoor faucet leak) well and I was pleased with the quality of their work. The price was exactly as I expected. I will definitely have them out to continue my plumbing projects.
