Kris at KNC was amazing. He provides great and honest work. My water heater was leaking and he was the only plumber that let me know about the warranty on the heater which saved us money. Thank you Kris!

The KNC PLUMBING -- Chris came to my house and repaired a shut off valve. When he repaired the shut off valve, he was definitely adamant that it shut off the leak. he made an appointment to come out two days later. I suggested to wait a couple more days so it could all dry out. He agreed. I have the date he was supposed to come back out on my phone so he agreed to it, stated, that would be a great idea.
I noticed there were still a lot of water so I dug it up myself. It did not stop the leak and when I found out, it did not shut off the leak and I told him it's still leaking. And he agreed he made a mistake. He was going to come out the following day. . . . I thought he had some integrity..
instead of coming out and correcting what he made the mistake, he sends me a text message of this long, ridiculous response, saying the next time we have interaction will be through an attorney. What kind of person does this ????It will be through an attorney and I was completely shocked. He did not Come back and do a job that he was supposed to do. He did not correct the problem when he first came out, gave me false information and then had integrity to admit his fault when I was speaking to him, then turned around and sent that response to me..This gentleman is not honest he has no integrity And trust me if you call him on something in a nice way, he'll send you a whole statement, saying Next response will be through an attorney. WHO DOES THAT?? I would never in 1 million years recommend this company, matter of fact, I wouldn't trust him if he gave me the job for free. I this shot out to many other people of just how horrible my experience was and I have never written a bad review like this in my life, but this gentleman has absolutely no integrity and no pride in his company or what he does. It was very disappointing and he should be ashamed of himself. And I have a lot of friends and I never talk negative about people cause you what you talk about in your mouth people don't realize how powerful words are, but this gentleman deserve this review. It was such a disappointment.

I have had my share of issues with plumbers. This is very well known. I wasn't sure who to call but I called KNC plumbing because I remembered a few years back I had an issue and I called several plumbers. It was a weekend and no one was answering or if they did they just said, ""Sorry, I can't help.""
However, when I called Kristopher he too said he couldn't come that weekend but he would help me to turn off the water until I could find someone. I was so overwhelmed and appreciated his help.
When I remembered that I used Yelp and sent him a message. He came later that day and went through the house and turned on the water and wanted to make sure where my stoppage was coming from. He decided which line it was and than ran the snake through. He said he would be back and he would hydro flush (?) I am not sure what it was called to make sure my pipes were in running condition.
I can't thank Kristopher enough. He was honest, prompt, he didn't over charge me etc. He didn't use scare tactics or anything like that. I appreciated that. It is hard to find competent skilled workers who don't take advantage of you! If you are looking for a plumber this is a great company to call!!!

Kris will forever be our hero!! We had backed up kitchen sink, and then shortly thereafter toilet too. During Hurriquake2023. Ughhhhhh

Two different companies from Yelp recommendations came over and both went to diagnosis of main line blockage. Never attempted any other fixes, then to complicate things we could not find front yard clean out due to landscaper covering it. So both left. Leaving us with no toilet. Since Saturday! One of them quoted 6k for a quick short term fix to 15k for new everything. We do have old galvanized, but ""is"" that our issue right now?

A friend referred us to Kris and he fit us in same evening. He walked into bathroom, plunged, flushed, fixed. No lie. We'd plunged 100 times Saturday, but not since then. Lol

He snaked our kitchen, and got quite a bit of buildup out. And fixed that too. I wanted to hug a stranger!!

My husband said I totally trust that guy. Agreed! Plumber #2 was slick and used scare tactics and pushed us right to Kris.

I won't ever use anyone else!
