In a different time, a modest prison guard who felt unfulfilled in his job. He desired a different path. With a love for practical tasks and complex issues, he embraced the idea of a challenge. After marrying his wonderful wife, he realized a career shift was essential. This marked the start of his journey to create Knapp's Heating and Cooling LLC. He dedicated himself to his studies at Remington College and secured his EPA certification. For many years, he served as an HVAC technician under some of the finest professionals who taught him their skills. He earned his NATE certification. His aspiration to own a business grew stronger. His family sought help. He realized he could provide for them if he faced his fears and took the leap. His wife supported him in this journey, and together they established Knapp's Heating and Cooling LLC. Now, they operate the business as a couple, with him focusing on HVAC work and her overseeing administration. The former prison guard is now fulfilled.
