The guy is just not bright. Hooked up my water heater wrong causing it to corrode in less than a year and I had to buy another one. Charged me for standing in home depot for 4 hours at $105 an hour.

Have called for weeks, spoke to ""owner"" said be out today..... no show. Called again and voice mail was full so sent a text, said definitely today end of day..... no show. Sent email and text again, made contact on Facebook since his voice mail is full and we get zero response and zero reply's now....
Previously did work on our house sump, left bolts and vent off so not a sealed system anymore, the pump used lasted 3 years. Repaired not to code, not to previous condition.

Roots in drain backed up my whole system. KMS worked with their equipment to clean the drain completely. With a follow up using root killer should be good for a long time. Smitty was kind and helpful.

I work for a school district and we had an emergency that was going to close down our classes indefinitely. KMS came to our very rural location (which was roughly an hours drive for them) in the late afternoon to be sure we could keep our classes open for the children who has missed so much education from the pandemic.

I really don't know what happened with this company. The first time I used them they were great. The second time the communication was a bit off but we still got the job done. This time there were several miscommunications and then no response form them at all. The last time I talked with them we set an early morning time frame for the job to be done. Eleven am came around and no word from them and now the time has passed to get the job done. I ended up having to leave a message on their voice mall as they didn't pick up when I called. In the beginning I highly recommended this company, now in good consciousness I no longer can. I just wish I knew what happened.

I will admit Kyle and his worker did an a great job fixing the plumbing under my house but, I ended up owing him over $1000 more then his quote he gave me for starters. Which I'm not sure how a quote can be that for off for someone who literally does this professionally. Secondly, we agreed to have split payments which was nice seeing I was not prepared for the extra money and I'm a single mom to four kids. The issues came up during his time at my home. The father of my children came over and caught both Kyle and his worker doing meth under my house. This lead to huge arguments because I can agree doing drugs in my home is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I tried to let it go and let him finish the job but, it again led to him and his worker arguing and yelling at the father of my children aggressively in front of the cops. Then the next month I reached out to pay him the rest of his money. Have him card info and all. A week went by and he had not taken the money off my card and my bills started to pull out. Then he messaged me trying to make excuses why it took him so long to withdraw the money. I explained why I didn't have all of it now and he would have to wait until the 15th of October. In the mean time he called me about 20 times and literally came by my house without my permission. He then texts me very sarcastic and rude messages. Which I ignored. So it comes to the month of October. It's the 14th and I'm at a funeral. I get a receipt sent to me from Kyle. He chose to run my card info without even asking me a day early and overdrafts my entire account. I'm feeling like I'm going to need to seek legal help in this situation especially since he is not answering my calls or texting back now. All in all the good work is not worth the hard time and the difficulty he has given me over the last couple of months. I do not recommend.

... AND MOSS REMOVAL! Had to have moss removed from roof for fire insurance. Kyle did an excellent job for a reasonable price based on the size of roof, amount of moss and time). The roof looks amazing (from the pictures he took--I can't get up there). Will absolutely be calling him next time!

My parents are in Willits, and their water heater suffered a failure yesterday morning. My father worked in various Skilled Trades all his life. He knew what needed to be done, but his back isn't great in his late 70s, so they needed some help. After reaching out on Facebook, KMS was recommended.
When it comes to services, my father doesn't impress easily, but he was clearly pleased with the service provided by KMS. He doesn't use Yelp, so I'll relay what he sent to me:

""We called this guy after mom found on facebook asking for a plumber. Had lots of great responses/recommendations on this guy.

""I called him at 12:30 today hoping for a Monday replacement as my back wouldn't hold up and besides I didn't have a new unit. The guy came out within an hour, went to get a new unit, was only a 30 gallon instead of a 40 gallon, which was OK with me. I took the old one apart before he returned an hour later. We did the install ON A SUNDAY ! WOW....... AND IN THE RAIN to boot !

If that's not a glowing review, I don't know what is. This is also during the COVID-19 pandemic.

My tenants called me at 7:45 Sunday night to tell me their toilet was overflowing with Pugh and the bathtub was filling up. I called around and found out the exorbitant price of having some emergency plumber come Sunday night, even if one were available. KMS drain cleaning had the best prices. Kyle agreed to come Monday at his regular price. He is very friendly and did an excellent job. Although he was three hours late, he kept me posted. I will probably call him again next time.

No Hot Water is no fun for anyone. My tankless water heater went out on a Friday afternoon. Made calls and left messages. . No call backs

707-502-1982 reached out to me and was willing to look at the tank on a Friday evening.
On Monday I had a new tank and the Hot water was back.
What I appreciated the most about Kyle was his honesty and his knowledge and the fact that he did not hit me with after-hours or weekend charges.
