Zero stars. This is the most unprofessional rude plumber I've ever encountered. The warranty company assigned him to me. I called him Monday to see what time he was coming Wednesday. I took Wednesday off work to wait for him during the 7 am to 3 pm window. He told me on Monday that he would call Tuesday evening with a time. Tuesday he left a message for me to call him back, I called back when I got home from work and his voicemail was full. I called him first thing Wednesday morning, he said he was busy and would call back in 10 min. He never called. When I called him back he was very rude and said he wasn't coming because I didn't answer my phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Do NOT ever call Kmer for any service. I repeat do NOT ever call this plumbing. Not only they didn't fix my issue, but made more damage to my shower and sink and their call is always on VM and I am trying to fight for the insurance. worst plumbing services in the area.

Was referred to Kmer by a home warranty company because he was able to come out the same day to check a water leak in our ceiling.

I called Hubert, and he said he wouldn't come out that day and he would need to get back to his office at 7pm before he could schedule us. He said he would call that eve with a time.

He never called and failed to return any messages the following day. We called the warranty company and got another plumber. I would not recommend this company.

My home warranty company scheduled an appointment on 1/23/2018 for Kmer Plumbing and I have not heard from them. Today is 2/8/2018 and not a call from them, no show for appointment and no answer every time I call them. This is are RED flags. I've requested for a new company to complete job.

The technician was professional, efficient and thorough.

I was worried from the other reviews, but I appreciated and enjoyed working with this business - also referred by our warranty company.

This heinous company was contacted by Sears as part of my home warranty. They were supposed to come out 1/2/2018 to fix a stoppage in my kitchen sink. Apparently he was still out of town on Tuesday, but I was assured he would be out the next day, 1/3. I called on 1/3 to find out what time he would be here. He informed me he wasn't coming until the next day, 1/4. So on 1/4 I called him to find out when he would be here to fix my sink. He said he wasn't coming. In fact he asked me what time he was supposed to be here. Starting to freak out, I informed him I was calling to find that out. He wouldn't even take my name, my job number, or my contract number he just said he wasn't coming out. When I told him Sears had contacted him 3 times as had I and I should be on the schedule he told me that was just too bad, he wouldn't be out. He didn't take my name so he could find out when he would make it. Every single time I spoke with this person he acted like I was interrupting some movie he was watching. He was rude and unhelpful as well as a total scam artist it seems. Contracts with Sears to do work and just never does anything. One day he knows I am on the schedule the next day he has no idea what I am talking about. At this point I won't allow him in my house because clearly he has a mental defect that keeps him from remembering tasks from one day to the next as well as not possessing one single ounce of common decency. This company needs to just fold and try something that doesn't involve service or people.

This company does not deserve a single star. The plumber who initially came out said he would return the next day to fix a big pipe issue. The ""appointment"" kept getting delayed, and we called every single day with ""answers"" that were not met. After a week and a half a different plumber came to ""fix"" the big job. Instead he patched up the problem, because the insurance allegedly did not approve the big job. When he left there was a new issue that was clearly caused by the job. We called to have someone take a look and the idiot on the phone was absolutely not helpful a single bit. Although the two plumbers that came to our house to do the job were polite and professional, the gentleman running this business is rude, unprofessional, lacks strongly in communication skills, and is in no way qualified to run this business. If your insurance sets you up with this company, do whatever you can to get reassigned to another company. Kmer Plumbing is a COMPLETE waste of time and energy, not only will the job not be completed in a timely manner, but the lack of integrity will send your soul to a very dark place. This company should be completely shut down.

I've had nothing but a great experience with them. If Yanou can't diagnose it then it is a hard issue - he's also an engineer. Gerson is fantastic as well. I've had these guys at my house three times already, all through my warranty company. Yes they are a small operation but I find that they are very responsive. It's too bad others had such a bad experience. I saw the reviews and felt that I needed to share my positive dealings with them.

They changed out the heating element on my water heater. Spilled water everywhere. It seeped through the wall and into the next room soaking my carpet. I didn't realize to late that night. They told me they would reimburse me for a fan rental to dry out my carpet. They refuse to answer my calls and email. They never reimbursed me! Terrible service. Very unprofessional.

I have had the worst experience with this company, which was contracted by my home warranty company. They were unresponsive to my calls, slow to schedule appointments, and with a simple disposal replacement, left a loose dishwasher valve that ended up with more leaking and would not come out to fix it. I complained to my warranty company and insisted they give me another plumber. These guys have no sense of customer service and apparently are not very good p lumbers either. I may change my warranty company as a result.
