CONSUMER BEWARE !!!! They will rip you off. They sent 2 kids to replace a 6inch pipe, it took them 5 1/2 hours to figure out how to replace. Charge me top price for everything they used including swipe of glue for 27.00 and a picece of plumber tape for 7.00 the wire they used although they didnt nedd to cost me 98.00 for wire 36.00 for soilder kit. 78.00 for a press too squeeze the pipe together. then they had to come back next day because it was leaking and charege me again for the 2 kids one at 150.00 the other 90.00, So to replace a 6 inch pipe was 1800.00. Which should of cost 250.00 but never got estimate. Thhen said I had the wrong invoice as it was higher. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. OTHERS OUT THERE THAT ARE BETTER . tHEY DO NOT DESERVE ANY STARS. STAY AWAY FAR FAR AWAY.
please stay away from this company--they over charged me, to remove toilet paper from the pipe, when any other septic company would do it for less money in a week day.
I'd suggest you avoid using this company at all costs. Upon my initial call, I was very clear that our AC Mini Splits were not blowing cold air and our fan on our 25ft ceiling was not working. The techs arrived and found that the blowers showed a low refrigerant error. They did clean the filters. They told me that they did not bring the equipment to test and fill the system and that the person who handles the equipment was not in the office. I obviously was shocked that they would come to service call without equipment. I asked them to at least try to out refrigerant in since we had guests coming for July 4th. They reluctantly did but could not gauge the amount t needed.
They also did not bring a ladder for the ceiling fan repair. The tech told me that they would not be able to install the fan either.
I called the office to discuss my displeasure and was told that my card on file was charged $746 although the they did not actually repair anything.
I was told I would receive estimates for repairs vs replacement of the system. After numerous calls to their office and no answers from the owner Kevin or Carol, I called Nauman's HVAC who sent 1 tech with proper equipment and repaired the system for $709.
I called KMB numerous times and offered to try to work out an amicable agreement, after almost 2 months of no real response, I was told that Kevin Berry was unwilling to work with me on the cost.
Unfortunately, I relied on a Facebook recommendation. f you read yelp, google, and better business bureau reviews, you will see similar stories where KMB charges exorbitant service fees, sends extra techs, and they do not have the proper equipment with them to complete the work.
It is so sad that companies such as this one can take your money and think nothing of it they charge you for the tools they use and 250.00 an hour. It took 5 hours for them to realize that the problem was not in the kitchen then they charge me 500 dollars for a machine they claim was needed for 15 minutes and 2 holes in my ceiling later that if they were to return would cost me more money they should pay me for cleaning their mess you live and learn fool me once shame on me there will never be another reason to call them back
Believe the reviews, this company is a scam and will take advantage. They sent a tech to check my grinder, said it needs to be replaced. Tech said himself... a new grinder is somewhere between $1500-$2000. With that, I figured can't be more than 4k to do this job. They said they'd be back 8am next day to do the job. Never sent the estimate, I texted and called the ""24/7"" number to get the estimate multiple times and no response. With this I had a feeling they were going to try to take advantage of the urgency and just as expected he sends me an estimate for $8000 an hour before they were to do the job! I know better, he called me on the phone and says, ""he obviously told you price for wrong pump, no grinder costs that"", I mentioned well then I don't feel comfortable and he hung up on me. He is VERY RUDE and a scam artist. I got another plumbing company to come out same day for the same job and doing the same job with the EXACT SAME PUMP for less than $2800. DO NOT USE, he wants gullible customers.
Fixed my husband is picking up new boiler. Hopefully it will be in soon. 8 days and counting.
I left a review on 7/29 about this company thinking it couldn't be any worse, guess what it is. After charging me $6000.00 for 2 days labor they left my vapor barrier a mess, my insulation is down and my new pipes exposed. I don't think they have a conscious. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!
These people came in my house before to do a job with my faucet and after they left I had a leak, I call them to tell them about it and they said it fixed, there was no more leak, but the other problem was the head of the faucet to pull to have water to travel to to the shower head couldn't stay, so I call them again the other day, they came and the first thing they have me signed 3 times on their phone, I wasn't told what I was signing except for the work, was never told the price, they made the shower working but with a bill of $2045,00 . There I am having not that kind of money and they asked me to posting a check for later to be cash, that $ 2045,00 really hurt me , they want me to post for next month the check, what kind of business is that? I only call them people to refix the work that they done before, please someone help me. Thank you
Maria T.Proof they were lying saying that I wasn't a customer, which I'm not proud or happy saying I was their customer. That was the biggest mistake I have ever made. They are horrible. The worse of the worse!!!!
Keith B.Showed up and told me my gas valve was no good and that the furnace was discontinued and was not able to order parts. Stated I needed a new Furnace, when confronted about possibly given the wrong diagnose, Kevin stated he would come out the next day to look at problem. Finally get a call 2 days later looking to come out. Already had another company repair furnace, all they did was change the expansion tank saving me hundreds if not thousands of dollars. BEWARE !!
