Terrible!! cannot say this enough. they were recommended to me as a plumber that had a scope camera that could dx a plumbing issue..This was the Thursday morning before New Year's Day .. after contacting and being told they would be out shortly.. they never showed. the next morning I contacted again and was told that he had one call before me the day prior and had run into some issues that he would be there around noon.. at 3 pm ( Friday of NY day weekend) I contacted him again and told him he had left me hanging for 2 days and now because it was so late I couldn't find anyone else bc of holiday weekend... he sent his very young son who tried to run a hydro jet machine and couldn't make any progress. The son told me that I probably needed a pipe replaced .. told me his dad wouldn't be able to get out before Tuesday ( of course not - holiday weekend) the very next day a friend sent me a post showing where they had responded to a post saying they could take care of his plumbing issue that day ( Saturday) Fast forward to Tuesday ( after contacting him that morning like he asked me to) he told me he would be but that day, which he did in the afternoon looked around said he would have to call for a locate from the utility companies before digging could start... Thursday rolled around, no one had been out so I contacted him( Justin) again and he hadn't even contacted for a locate .. he said he would do it then. Friday rolls again and all the companies had been out and marked .. I contacted him to let him know and he said it would be Tuesday before he could get out( noticing a pattern here-I am) Well Tuesday has come and gone with another no show and no contact on his part at all.. it's been two weeks now with no working toilets And I am done. I've at least 7 people contact me and tell me that Klutts plumbing had done the same thing to them! AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs. Most unprofessional, unreliable and immature people I have ever dealt with. Instead of communicating that they are too busy or aren't interested, they ghost you! I will be contacting BBB in my area as well!

In a nutshell, poor workmanship, unprofessional and unreliable. They installed our new hot water heater and didn't bother to replace the 20+year old drip pan leaving it sit in water to rust. Six months later they charged a ridiculous fee for four employees to replace a leaking pressure release valve. Two months later the same pressure release valve they replaced started leaking again. When I called about this the owner consistently cut me off and said they would come out that day and never did. This happened two days in a row and I'm not even going to bother with such a low integrity company at this point.
